As I'm turning 30 on February, I asked for another personal portrait to @sinizade and there it is!

Me and my little self. I'm really sorry for having negligence her for a long time, but thanks to shadow work I'm learning to listen to her again.

And taking care of your inner child isn't just about asking for forgiveness, but you must feed, clothe, and shelter them all the days of your life. It’s hard work, but you know what? It’s worth it.
