A family needs all the support they can get in a difficult time. If theres's one thing that sport has shown me over the years is when someone is down or in need of help the sporting community band together to help. Damian Jobson was playing his normal game of Rugby League, when a tragic incident happened during a tackle and left him facing life as a quadriplegic. Damian is a local man from Macquarie Hills in Newcastle, has 3 young kids all under the age of 10 and will need a lot of help to adapt to the life he is now facing with his young family. A fundraising ball has been organised to kick start the help for Damian and his family, details are attached in the flyer below. Please help and give yourself a night out at the ball whilst contributing to Damian"s fundraising at the same time.
