sure! jelly baby is trained as a diabetic alert pokemon. he helps sense blood sugar changes and can help get paulo to safety if his blood sugar gets too wonky. he's also trained to be able to sense sugar content in foods- solosis are really good at doing this if they're given a little bit of a food- and he'll remove the food if paulo shouldn't have it at that moment! solosis's small size, powerful psychic abilities, and high environmental tolerance make them a great choice for a service pokemon.

jelly baby's other non diabetes related skills include beeping, being very squishy, and pretending to be a bagel. here he is "helping" with the laundry
