I'm sure ive said this here before, but when we see Lestat perform Long Face on the show (technically if* but they can't just release THAT as a sneak peak and not at least give us a performance 😭) it will probably kill me.

The first time I heard it I liked it but I wasn't *crazy* about it, and now its constantly playing on a loop in my head. It's perfect, everything about it, and it just. so. Lestat!!

But like, Sam Reid as Lestat traipsing about in some slutty outfit, singing a song that is *definitely* about Louis, and finishing it in a vaguely threatening, somewhat celebratory faux orgasm??

And it just makes me so curious about the loustat dynamic in this season!! Like, is lestat drowning his sorrows in drugs and whatever unfortunate young souls are nearby? Is he in denial??? Or are his performances a fully transparent effort to lure louis (need i remind you, in his blissfully single era) back to him? OR are they fully together or casual while lestat maintains the "single and available rock star" facade? HOW MANY SIDE PIECES WILL THERE BE i need to know 😭

finding an error in someone else's fic: awe. we are all human - this is totally understandable and doesn't bother me whatsoever. it is almost endearing to know that others are not perfect, and in their excitement to share, they made a small mistake.

finding an error in your own fic: a merciful death is too kind for me. i deserve to be burnt on a pyre or publicly executed at dawn
