Thought I'd share two of my favourite meals at the moment! Breakfast: Banana and peanut butter (Pip & Nut) toast, today paired with a cashew milk coffee Lunch/Dinner: Baked sweet potato with mixed bean and quorn chilli, and spinach (seasoned with smoked paprika and garlic) 💕

Don’t ever compliment me by insulting other women. That’s not a compliment, it’s a competition none of us agreed to.
“You’re not like other girls.” Shut the fuck up. (via well-it-was-funny-to-me)

Feeling a little defeated, my workouts are hard but I just don’t feel worked out after, you know? And my food has been off; I’ve been within my calorie limits but the actual food isn’t of great quality, so much fat and sodium, which is just completely undermining the victory in my sugar intake already being much lower.
It’s only been a week but I need to figure out to keep motivated and push harder, but I don’t know what to do

I always thought because of my weight that I was too fat to do anything. The words “I need to be skinny to do this, to do that.” Then pole entered my life. One of my friends invited me to join and I was scared on doing as I was the larger woman in the class. I took off for a few months and then came back. That’s when my strength started to happened. It’s all a process and in this process, I learned how to get comfortable with my skin. I learned how to love myself better. I learned how much I am capable of doing. My weight does not define my capability of becoming great. Pole is for all, regardless the number in the scale.
