And that's it... The @miss_demeanors are LA Parks & Rec Spring Bball League Champions 2016.  "If you put your effort and concentration into playing to your potential, to be the best that you can be, I don’t care what the scoreboard says at the end of the game, in my book we’re gonna be winners." Look, I'm a kid from the rough side of town, who found myself in the precarious position of sponsoring a woman's basketball team in Los Angeles. Not winning much throughout my life, except for a few black eye medals I truly am blessed to be a part of @miss_demeanors  winning season. I'm so very grateful, It's not often that I am invited to be a part of something special, except maybe a special knuckle sandwich from the neighbors kids.  When I was asked to be a part of this BASKETBALL crew, I asked myself, why would winners want to be associated with someone who hasn't been NUMBER ONE EVER?   Except for maybe a few times when I was Number One at getting cut from my little league baseball team. At any rate, These special ladies have taught me a lot this past 2016 season.  The most important thing I learned came last night, right before the championship game, when coach pulled the team aside and said, "Forget about the crowds, the size of their fan base, their fancy uniforms, and remember what got you here. Focus on the fundamentals that we've gone over time and time again." It's this passion in particular that has made me a believer in goals that may seem to far to grasp or even ones that can not be seen at all. ‪#‎blessed‬ ‪#‎passion‬ ‪#‎goals‬

Last night was a game changer and a page turner for Los Angeles Women's Basketball ‪#‎wnba‬ ‪#‎womensbasketball‬ .
