The video is blurry, the hands holding the video camera severely shaky to the point most of the footage is incoherent. The wet sloshes of bare paws can be heard in sets of 3.

"What is that even supposed to be..?"

"I'm not sure, I saw it a day ago when I was out here investigating."

"During the LOCKDOWN? Do you just not listen to Flippy ever, Marmy?"

"I do, sometimes! When it's more important, anyways... He's been hiding things. Lots of things."

"Yathink this has ta do with the blast? There ain't no way he forgot about it. It was a major parta our history -- Still is, too!"

"I don't think he forgot. He has files in his office, I've seen them. He's been talking to people, uh... A detective. He pays him off from time to time to keep him quiet about everything, but I'm getting fed up with lying to every toon that everything's okay here. It's not... We're not safe."

"Uhm... What was that?"

The video cuts off as a roar rattles the video camera, the last footage in the video is of the camera hitting the ground and the large, blistered, clawed feet of a creature come into view.

Good afternoon, Ms. Lilac! I hope this finds you well! My apologies as well, if now is a bad time. I know things have been busy as of late. However, this is very important, in my opinion.

I was doing one of my bi-weekly fishing runs, catching and releasing the fish at various ponds around Acorn Acres to check and ensure they were all healthy, y'know..? However, right away, I was catching many fish that looked much worse for wear. It's absolutely terrible..!! I've caught at least half a bucket's worth of various fish, all looking extremely ill and deformed, leaking pus from varying orifices and such- and that was just from the playground itself! I've yet to even attempt to check Almond Avenue, Peanut Place, and Walnut Way. I worry for the poor critters on Legume Lane, especially. There's no way to check on them with the street all blocked off like it is..! The poor things are clearly in extreme pain, and look like they'll die at any moment- and I don't know what to do..! Surely someone at HQ can look into this, and quickly?

lordlowdenclear@ttc.hq , I saw a bat toon laying on a building roof and tossing hot water balloons at the cogs. Is that allowed?

Planning to have someone properly look in to these incidents? Or are ya gonna just keep all this swept up all neat n' tidy under that rug in that office of yours?
