“Dark room”

An old-ish comic I made shortly before the new chapters’ release. I was thinking about how Kris’s room in castle town looked so much like their real room, and drawing from my own experiences and others about what darkness means to you as a kid. I was specifically drawing on the idea that “in the dark things start to look like other things, like monsters and stuff, and your imagination runs wild” and so when that exact same idea was brought up days later in Ralsei’s ch3 exposition I went crazy.

Old comic I dusted off for today. This is based on an interaction between me and my brother, from when we visited the Tillamook Creamery during our family vacation back in April. I found an absolutely adorable little cow plush in the gift shop 😊
