The Equalizer (reboot) S05E16
Rugged silver fox Titus Welliver is tied to a chair with really nice thick rope. He gets free by headbutting his captor and flipping the chair over, but just as he's free some goons appear and he's immediately recaptured. Later, he gets freed by our heroes and his daughter.
