Es ist als würde man an der Luft ersticken. Die Gedanken schreien und doch ist alles leer. Die Emotionen überrollen dich, schlagen auf dich ein, machen dich für alles verantwortlich und du stehst nur daneben und weißt nicht was los ist. Weißt nicht was mit dir los ist, woher die Tränen kommen. Alles schießt auf dich, Freude, Wut, Trauer.

personal rules:
work as much as possible. when I’m at work I’m burning calories, not eating, and making money it’s a triple win
if you can’t work, find something to do. stay busy and out of the house.
as soon as you get home from work take something to make you sleep. the hardest part of fasting or restricting is nighttime so avoid it by sleeping
start posting food logs. think of the shame you’d feel having to log that binge food. everyone will see how fat you really are.
if you feel an urge to binge do the following:
- is it nighttime? take sleep pills
- daytime? chug tea, brush your teeth,
and then chew mint gum. go out for
a walk maybe. look at some cute
skinny girl outfits.
fast as much as possible.
when not fasting, eat no more than 500 calories. no exceptions.
anti binge reminders:
you will not reach your gw if you binge.
you will not look like that thinspo you love if you eat that
you will be so bloated and look like your sw
remember how gross you feel after binging
remember the regret
“starting over” every single day will make no progress.
the shame you feel while cleaning up the empty wrappers/boxes/dishes etc.
having to sweep crumbs off your bed feels GROSS
the gross feeling you have when you wake up after a binge vs. the satisfying feeling of waking up knowing you kept control
seeing your weight go down feels so good. eating ruins that.
(since i can’t stop being a fat bitch I’m posting these rules for myself to hopefully help me keep some self control)

🌟 Creating your own Self-Care Box 🌟
Step 1: Get a box, any size is fine!

Step 2: Decorate it! (I used wallpaper and paint)
Step 3: Buy things to go inside your box - Remember this is your self-care box, so fill it with things that distract, comfort, relax and cheer you up in times of distress.
For example:
Sensory toys 🌟

Puzzle books 🌟

DVD’s 🌟

Colouring books with pens or pencils 🌟

Soft toys/teddies (These are great for comfort) 🌟

Stickers 🌟

Play-Doh! 🌟

Write a few letters to yourself for when you need them 🌟
For example - Your favourite memories, reasons to stay alive, reasons not to self-harm, you can do this, motivational quotes, the things you love about yourself

Diary or Notepad 🌟

Step 4: Once you have all your items of choice put them all into your box! 🌟


Step 5: Whenever you feel low, anxious, scared, alone, angry or distressed. Go to your box. It will always be there for you when you need it.
Remember - This is YOUR box. Fill it with whatever makes you happy. Some more suggestions could be; bath bombs, lavender oil, hand cream, a blanket, fluffy socks, snacks, pictures of loved ones, a puzzle game, arts and crafts items.
