my methods of ruling what is and isnt an ibs trigger are so stupid like. to a normal person i assume if they ate/drank something and they got extreme pain afterwards theyd just go "hm i guess that causes me pain i shouldnt have that again" and then cut it out of their diet but me. oh. oh i just consume that shit over and over again to make sure it IS that thing. even after i get confirmation i dont even cut it out of my diet i just go "welp better prepare myself next time i have that"
