So I designed my smitten to be significantly larger than my stubborn, so I didn't think princess smitten slipping out of her chains would work as well. What subsequently came into my head was the idea of her breaking the chains.

So I redrew the memory "free her from her bindings" part 1

I have decided to draw smitten with each princess he's in a chapter in, staring with damsel. He's in surprisingly few chapters given how iconic (I may be using that wrong, sorry) he is. If you exclude everyone is here chapters and chapters where he appears part-way through he's only really in four chapters, and you only hear him in three of them. Sorry for rambling. I'm finished talking now.

You know what the best thing about the Voice of the Sexyman tournament is?

It's not the fact that it's objectively hilarious in the best way possible. It's not the fact that the people who run it are clearly so damn passionate and sweet about this that you can't help but get swept in. It's not the fact that it's a big old event that's keeping this community thriving.

It's the fact that it does what this fandom does best---it highlights artists. Everyone has wildly different interpretations of the Voices, and people in the tourney get a chance to show off their beautiful designs, regardless if they've been here since the beginning or if they're new to the community. I'm fairly certain I wound up discovering some excellent fanartists during the last two rounds, and I'm so excited to discover more.

So, thank you, @voice-of-the-sexyman, for giving all of these wonderful artists chances to shine!

These are so cool. I love the variation of the outfits. My favourite is the blue-ish one because it makes it look like the feathers are part of the outfits as front and nice sleeves and the gloves and socks are really pretty. I also like the middle outfit as I can hear his voice the most from him (if that makes sense)

I felt I needed to draw a sequal to this post. Smitten wanted to try drawing too.

So my entry for the smibby competition got through! Here's the stuff I drew for entry requirements!

I used the princess chibis to reference this! This was my first time trying to draw chibi so I'm quite proud of it. I also labeled the file "smibi".

Here's my first attempt at the kiss, I wanted to show he tilts his head like doves do when they kiss but it wasn't side profile enough so i redrew it

I didn't design a HEA smitten when I first drew his design sheet (since he's already the shadow) but I drew one now since I had to and was actually already wanting to. I replaced his plumage with an empty space where he tore us open. He is empty inside. Along his ribs are tied ribbons representing the threads of us that covered the room, puppet strings (they wrap around everyone's arms) and just to be a little fancy. His shirt is black with pink accents to be a little fancy and to make the red look better. He has blood splatters down his cheeks because of how blood likely splattered across the room and the miserable mental state that drives someone to do something like that to themself.
