Tree-of-Ages is Back??!!

It’s been a while, hasn’t it? However, like the three years Kagome and Inuyasha were apart, I still feel a connection to the Inuyasha fandom and community on tumblr after approximately a year of hiatus.

So what’s going on with JoDei? I’m almost done being a junior, so almost done being swamped and ready to relax! I want to get back into blogging and sharing my thoughts with the wonderful people here!

But enough about me, what’s gonna happen to the blog? Well, in staying true to the url, I will still be posting Inuyasha related content. However, in order to keep my posts fresh and diverse, I will also consistently post about one other anime at the same time (so, for example, Inuyasha and FMA one month, and maybe Inuyasha and Your Lie in April from another).

I apologize for the extended absence, and I hope to catch up on all that I’ve missed soon! Love you all dearly,

tree-of-ages blog update

Hello everyone!!

Wow, it’s been ages (lol) since I’ve last been on this blog. It has been very much to my regret that my presence here has been suspended for so long. Life has gotten very busy since winter, and I’ve never really gotten the chance to come back for a long period of time.

I just wanted to say that I still very much adore the Inuyasha series and all of you wonderful people! Many times I’ve wanted to pick up right where I left off on this blog, but I feel like I’ve missed so much!! All the jokes, fan art, and community that I’ve missed, and Lauren’s LMAL is progressing so far!!

Basically, I haven’t come back on officially because I’m afraid that I might be too busy, and I’d hate to half-ass running this blog. I don’t really wanna disappoint, but I miss all of you guys very much! I keep seeing all the awesome stuff happening in the Inuyaha community from my personal blog, and I feel like I total stranger :c

I have lots of great ideas for new content, and I hope to share them with you all soon! I’m a very busy cookie, but always know that Inuyasha and the Inuyasha community have such a special place in my heart. Love you all dearly!! I hope to post again soon!!

They always ask me why I like Inuyasha.

They always ask me,

"Why do you watch it so much?"

"Why do you like it so much?"

"Why does that guy have dog ears?"

They always prick and poke 

calling me out because I relate

to pixels on a screen

that don't exist.

so of course I can get over

Kyoukai no Rinne Gets Anime Adaptation For Spring 2015

As a child Sakura Mamiya mysteriously disappeared in the woods behind her grandma’s home. She returned whole and healthy, but since then she has had the power to see ghosts. Now a teenager, she just wishes the ghosts would leave her alone! At school, the desk next to Sakura’s has been empty since the start of the school year, then one day her always-absent classmate shows up, and he’s far more than what he seems!

Kyoukai no Rinne (Rin-ne) is a manga written and illustrated by Rumiko Takahashi. It was announced in the 23rd volume that the series is scheduled to premiere in Spring 2015 on the NHK-E channel and will have 25 episodes.

Takahashi is also well known for creating the InuYasha manga series. The Kyoukai no Rinne began publication in 2009 in Shogakukan’s Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine. To date a total of 23 chapters have been compiled and have sold over 3 million copies in print.
