"i was talking with my snapchat ai-" theres no way to verify what its doing with the information it collects. BEFORE YOU PROCEED: If you think there are some bits of the story that seem to be "recaps", that was intentional! This is the first part of the Rainbow City arc, hence the need to refresh people's memories as well as giving Tsumugi as many speaking lines as possible since this is her first time being voiced in the game ever! I would also like to thank my lovely friends from a Certain scanlation team for helping me proofread and translate this story to put it out as soon as possible, this would have taken a couple more days if not for their help, so I hope you appreciate their help as well! Takanashi Tsumugi: (This is Yotsuba Tamaki. The group’s mood-maker and a dancing genius! He’s also IDOLiSH7’s choreographer!)

Osaka Sougo: You’re right. There are cafés too, it seems like the fans will be able to enjoy interacting with each other as well.

Takanashi Tsumugi: (This is Osaka Sougo. The group’s composer with a rich musical knowledge, but he’s actually the heir to a major corporation!)

Takanashi Tsumugi: (Tamaki-san and Sougo-san are also active as MEZZO”, a duo outside of their IDOLiSH7 activities!)

Nanase Riku: Rainbow City is incredible!

Nanase Riku: With a concert hall, radio booths, studios and shops, it’s like an amusement park for idols and fans all in one place!

🌈 HAPPY 10TH ANNIVERSARY 🌈

10 years! And my 7th year. Thank you iDOLISH7 💖

Incredibly long and sappy caption that I'm turning to a post here. But here's to the fandom that's become a home for me.

10 things that i got to do or that im thankful for (in no particular order):

1. Giving me music to cheer me up when im down. ResPo in particular is one of my go-to. DAYBREAK INTERLUDE still hits me hard.

2. Pushed me to do things art-wise! It’s taken me this long but I’ve FINALLY drawn all 16 of them in one piece.

3. Learned how to sew! Hoshimegu made me go feral and buy my first sewing machine.

4. Just in general get involved more in cosplay & community and I’ve met so many lovely kind people that I get to call friends now. Anime S1 kicked it off for me chatting with fellow fans at Fanime 2018, to trying out cons I hadn’t been to before like Katsu. And even running a 2023 photoshoot with i7/TRG/Zool + Banri, Tsumugi, Takapapa!

5. Running gatherings! I’ve co-hosted at ALA and Fanime. Another great way I’ve gotten to meet more people, and keep seeing people who also love this series as much. 

6. Got to meet voice actors! Had the joy and LUCK to run Fanime25 gathering where Abeshi and Wingu came to visit. I got to talk to them! I got to give them fanart. 😭

7. Reconnect with Arina-sensei’s work! I was OBSESSED with her art in middle school, my art style then very much emulated her style. So to be surprised when I got into i7 and to learn she designed the characters!!

8. Experiencing the sheer joy and fun of the concerts with friends. Very grateful to Banri for the livestreams especially during the pandemic and when we were all lacking the time and place to connect. All the online shrieking and fangirling at odd hours. And then that I got to go i7 orchestra earlier this year. 🎹 

9. Reconnecting in a way with my jpop idol days when I was deep in Johnny’s hell particularly in high school haha. I often think to myself, you back then would be so surprised you got into 2D idols! There was an additional layer of enjoyment getting into i7 and being like, hah, that’s Music Station, and seeing things I remember from being in those j-ent spaces. 

10. It’s become a sort of home to me. This is the longest fandom I’ve been involved in, actually! I’ve made IRL friendships. Some ppl even if they move on to other fandoms, i7 is a way for us to reconnect. I’ve had the most fun here.

It’s been a joy here, a huge creative inspiration, and so much good music that’s made me feel all kinds of emotions, to see a story thats beloved by all the people involved in it, and I’m so excited to see what else is in store for us. I’d love to know when others got into i7 — was it also through the anime (I randomly picked it to play one day and then it changed my life), was it recommended by someone, have you been there from game day 1, or did you see a character and decided okay he’s my blorbo now. 

Here’s to the next 10 years. With all of you.

Hey so ynow how in dunmeshi teleporting someone is actually extremely dangerous bc if someone else happens to be where they’re being teleported to, that random person will just. explode. …anyway on an unrelated note, does anyone ever think about how in the very beginning of the story, Falin teleports the entire party to the surface, where people can’t be revived.
