I am not always mindful of those around me when I am not engaging. A young lady I don’t know took these photos (and more) of me as I was waiting for someone. She shared them with me and said, “Your beautiful and your face says more than you know. I watched as you went from anticipation to discovery. I saw you go from kind approachability to intimate acknowledgment when your name was called.” She said more, but I digress.

What you don’t see is how tired I was or how much pain I was in that day. I am a habitual smiler, a practiced giver of joy and I try to always choose an attitude of gratitude. I am sure I was not the only tired person, in pain occupying that space. However, I was grateful to be there and that is what you see in my face.

I share this with you today because I feel so many people wear a mask (not the CDC face coverings) to hide who they really are or what they may truly be feeling in any given moment. I am guilty of the same. But hearing this young woman speak to me made me realize that the attitude we choose when we walk out the door in the morning is so very important. It is how the world will see us when we are not mindful who is watching. I rarely show my pain and sadness when I walk out the door. I feel that there are so many who’s story is sadder or more painful than my own and; thus, I want them to see in me hope and joy which they may not find in another’s face. My smile may be the one that saves someone else’s life today and your’s may save someone else’s life tomorrow. So please choose your attitude wisely!

There is nothing wrong with being vulnerable. Just be mindful of how and who you share your vulnerability with and always find time to share an attitude of gratitude. We live in a world today where so few do!

The presidential election recount is not really about the recount, but about exposing voting scams that have been going on for many years, particularly 2020....

We (the citizens) don’t really vote for POTUS, we vote for our state legislators who then appoint Electors, who in turn elect POTUS. This is called the Electoral College.

The Founding Fathers had foreseen voter fraud and that was why they implemented the Electoral College system. They knew that one day (2020) would happen, and the published election results would not reflect how people voted.

If by December 14, 2020, the Electoral College fails to elect a president, the 12th Amendment will be implemented, the House of Representatives’ state delegations will elect POTUS (not the individual representatives themselves.) Currently, Republicans have the majority of 26 delegations to the Democrats’ 22. The only way President Trump can lose the election now is to admit defeat. We all know that is never going to happen...

Moreover, for the upcoming 2021 Texas Legislative Session, SB 130 was filed by Democrat Senator Johnson of SD16 of Dallas, relating to the "adoption of the Agreement among the States to Elect the President by National Popular Vote”. We must NOT allow this bill to pass. If this were to pass nationally, think voter fraud on steroid…
