au where instead of transmigrating into Shen Qingqiu, Shen yuan wakes up in the wilderness of pidw (maybe a forest) as a young kid around 6-13 years old.

He has not ideas how old he is supposed to be, there wasn’t any memories as part of the transfer, noir anyone else around to tell him who or where he was. so he has to survive on his own for a while because system just dropped him off, wished him good luck and fucked off. It’s still watching him tho he is sure of it, he gets this nagging feel something judging him every so often. Fuck you too system! Now sy either gets to be the Disney princess version of a (beast) cultivator, or have the same level of anxiety as me having read or watch multiple wild survival guides/stories just in case (even tho due to his poor health and weak body would never find himself anywhere near were those scenarios could happen) or perhaps a mix of both.

But yah sy is doing is best to survive while he may or may not be judged by something; probably system. He is turning out to be a proper feral child by the time he finally encountered another person. A heavily pregnant cultivator woman.

Su Xiyan poisoned and freshly escaped from the water prison only to learn she is too late to warn her beloved, takes one look at this feral child and like a cat mama goes free baby and brings him along like her own, like he had always been there.

They travle together until they reach Lou river (heh river river) where Binghe is born, however Sxy doesn’t waste energy on a basket or sealing her youngest demonic powers. She was originally going to send her baby down the river but now she has yuan (can’t really sent the boy down the river along side the baby, now can you)

She almost did seal her son’s demonic powers away, however seeing yuan holding his baby brother protectively, she instead focuses on trying to survive for her boys, she has to try, she can’t just leave them all alone to fend for themselves.

Although death whispers and drags a finger down her spin she manages to survive the night wrapped protectively around her reasons to stay, to keep going, to live.

After Su xiyan pulls through, her cultivation weak and shaking, she introduces herself and her sons to each other Su Binghe and Su Yuan. She doesn’t use her sect given name xiyan, instead she uses her old name or the name she would have given a daughter (the name she would have call Binghe had he been a girl)

Sy cries once he realizes she used Su for all of them. Because he has been really alone.

Su yuan also doesn’t realize that his didi is the Luo Binghe protagonist of pidw, and he won’t for a long time.

(His Binghe is a different binghe, besides Luo Binghe’s biological mother died and he didn’t have an older born. Two completely different Binghe’s here)

They will all travel together far away from huan hua and settling down on the outskirts of a mountain sects boarders of protection where the sects cultivators rarely travel to. Away from civilization to hid her half demon child but still close enough for sxy to travel to one of the nearest villages to help out as a rouge cultivator in exchange for food and such.

They build a small home for themselves and live fairly comfortably and worry free for most of Binghe’s childhood.

But eventually the new generation of peak lords realizes that they have territory that no one has checked up on or heard from in years and send their local residential war god off to scout and report.

And he ends up running into our Disney prinsesse rouge beast cultivator Su Yuan, who isn’t a feral child anymore but a young man with a strong golden core and a nag for taming beasts.

And maybe Liu Qingge keeps going off to visit him and maybe that makes a paranoid Qing Jing peak lord suspicious of the war gods. Suspicious enough to see for himself why the other keeps going to the outskirts of the sects territory.

And maybe Warscumcum shenanigans beings.

There’s lots of potential drama with the reveal that sy as sxy’s son with an old palace master mistakingly believing sy is the child of tlj and sxy. He tries to kidnap and imprison the half demon and uses his involvement with sqq as further evidence to try to imprison the peak lord and put him for trial. Opm of course also tries to use sy as bait for sxy.

However Sy isn’t Binghe, who alongside their mother is very angry with huan hua palace taking sy from them. The Su, Lqg, ming fan and a snake demon they met along the way are on a mission to save sqq and sy, all while a resistance against the opm starts within the heart of the sect as huan hua disciples and teachers see the lies about the death former head disciple Su Xiyan and behaviors of the old man again her son, a movement lead by the current head disciple, Gongyi Xiao.

There’s also for course Lqg and sqq’s reaction to learning about Sy’s half demon younger brother

And Bingfan.

Also I believe Sy would realize his didi is the protagonist when he is kidnapped/ imprisoned of supposedly being the child of Tianlang jun. He can have his own little panic and wtf moment over that as a treat.

I need a Musical!AU, to give them a legal excuse for singing modern songs in front of people.

Shen Yuan was quite a musical child: cartoons, anime, operas, musicals - everything to keep a terminally ill child occupied. He has learned several musical instruments and even reviewed documentaries about their creation (although it will take a little practice to create something working).

Imagine how, after another chapter of disappointment from the Airplane Shooting Towards the Sky, Shen Yuan leaves a long comment with criticism, and then goes to viciously play the violin /piano)

So yes, when he wakes up in the PIDW, SY has a huge warehouse of various music and songs with him.

What he wasn't ready for (besides transmigration) was that his life would turn into a damn Broadway musical in the manner of Xianxia with elements of Disney.

In this world, sound and music, especially those filled with qi, can cause vibrations and a special resonance with the qi of humans (or any living beings). Singing helps in cultivation, can cheer, heal, inspire, but also harm a person. The more emotions you put into a song, the stronger the effects.

It's strange that no one has ever heard the Master of the Peak of Arts sing.

SQQ (SJ) was Master in Four Arts, including musical instruments, but you will never hear him sing, with anyone or alone. When they pulled him in, he didn't sing, he just spoke, sharply, briefly, barely in time.

Just another reason for hatred and rumors about this man.

SY was very confused when he first witnessed a sudden bout of singing from others. System, what the fuck is going on here?!! He was quite good at fitting into the role of SQQ, considering how awkward it was for him to just suddenly sing in front of everyone, the mask of cold detachment saved him more than once.

But Shen Yuan was a child of music, he would never give up on it. Probably, in order not to spoil the image, he retired and hid somewhere on a peak, in a bamboo forest, a bamboo house, by a lake, by a waterfall. At first he only played music, then he started singing.

Of course, he was soon noticed.

The first was Luo Binghe, who, while exercising or doing household chores, heard an unusual melody and, following it, came across an incredible sight: Shen Qingqiu, in his soft, elegant beauty, was sitting in a clearing. Long robes and hair swayed in the light wind, and long fingers plucked at the strings of the guqin, producing a melody unlike anything Luo Binghe had ever heard before. Truly worthy of an Immortal Master.

Why does Shizun never play in front of others? Surely he can't be shy?! Yes, the melody is a bit strange (because it's modern), but that doesn't make it bad! Quite the opposite!! Ah, did Shizun come up with all these melodies himself? Maybe he's working on a style specifically for disciples and will share it only when everything is ready and perfect?

This theory becomes fixed in people's minds as more disciples witness their Master's music and songs. They discuss them in whispers among themselves and even try to repeat them, but they keep it a secret, both from other peaks and from the teacher himself.

Yue Qingyuan definitely came across Shen Qingqiu singing once. He was singing something sad. How the sect leader's eyes did not fall out of their sockets, or how he did not drown in tears is a mystery, but since then Yue Qingyuan has been smiling at his Xiao Jiu a little wider.

I wish that when Liu Qingge came to clean the meridian of his shixiong, he could also hear SQQ singing. I don't know how he would have refrained from asking a direct question, but what are the chances that he started spying on the Lord of Qingjing Peak more often?

Shen Yuan began to personally conduct music lessons more often. The disciples learned to appreciate this when they realized that the "nice" Shizun would remain, and the days with "personal" compositions literally became a holiday for children. But Shen Qingqiu still refused to sing in front of others.

Cumplane meeting is fun as always, and the consequences are even more hilarious.

Shang Qinghua's situation was not much different from Shen Jiu's: his singing style was strange, few people liked him as a person, so people rarely sang with him, so the author could only hum to himself alone while working with documents.

After casually hearing a modern tune from his or Qingjing's disciples, Shang Qinghua conducts an interrogation and quickly connects the rumors and Shen Qingqiu's personality changes to the new transmigrant. Maybe he'll check/confess through some meme or super stupid song. "Let it go, bro)"

The level of jealousy and envy in the entire sect increased dramatically when one disciple (Ming Fan/Ning Yining) witnessed the duet singing of these two peak lords and told the others.

HOW??? Why was Shang-shishu given such an honor?! Why is Shizun singing with him, playing personally designed and made instruments for him, and smiling so broadly? "They even dance!" one disciple swore.

And Cucumber-bro and Airplane-bro are just having fun from the bottom of their hearts and sometimes nostalgic about the real world.

P.S. The most important thing is! I don't know much about (ancient) Chinese music, but it was definitely very different from modern Western music. Imagine how many jaws would be on the ground if people heard SQQ (+SQH) singing something like that.

P.P.S. How many tears are you willing to shed if I tell you that Shen Qingqiu will sing "publicly" for the first time while the System is counting down to the dumping of Luo Binghe into the Abyss, or before the destruction of his own core?

Fun Fact: I started like zhushen because I was thinking about zzl wrapping himself around sy's waist one v boring class day. (Which is why I drew them like this. Alas, I ended up getting annoyed and bored of finishing it...) Anyway, that's all it took for me to just fall down bad for zhushen :D

haha another svsss au idea. idk if this has been done but au where shen yuan owns a tavern inn that somehow attracts every major important character in pidw (and maybe forms a harem)

shen yuan transmigrates into the child of a tavern innkeeper. eventually, said owner passes away leading to shen yuan inheriting the tavern. he knows he got isekai-d into a xianxia world so learns how to cultivate in his spare time growing up. but shen yuan does eventually learns he's in pidw through talking with customers and trading information through his knowledge of pidw beasts, plants and general knowledge of the world. this somehow causes him to become an information broker of sorts that cultivators like to visit.

one day shen yuan meets tianxi + zhuzhi-lang when the three enters his tavern, looking for a place to stay for the night. shen yuan bonds with them over time with tianxi and zhuzhi-lang occasionally hanging out at his tavern. but as it gets closer to the day lao gongzhu plans his ambush on tianlang-jun, shen yuan hears whispers of it through his customers and his info network. he warns tianxi, hoping to give his friends as well as luo binghe a happier ending. su xiyan admits all the crazy stuff happening with lao gongzhu and tianxi + zhuzhi-lang decides to go back to the demon realm permanently.

the three of them still correspond with shen yuan through covert messenger demons (and occasionally a disguised zhuzhi-lang would visit), with tianxi eventually having luo binghe and raising him. (lbh probably wouldn't be named lbh here but for convenience sakes Im going to use lbh)

years pass and shen yuan continues his life as full time tavern innkeeper, part time info broker. word of this tavern info broker gets back to shen qingqiu one day through his own spy brothel network. (by this point the Qing generation has just begun leading CQM) maybe he’s investigating something and shen yuan has the info he needs so the ladies at the brothel points him to shen yuan’s direction. shen qingqiu is suspicious of this shen yuan at first while shen yuan is freaking out over the scum villain being here and def has his own biases against sqq. before long though, jiuyuan do bond and grow to like each other, with shen yuan quickly becoming shen qingqiu’s top info gatherer.

one day, the town shen yuan lives in has a beast that’s been killing some of the people in it. shen yuan, being the only person in the entire town who has any sort of cultivation, willingly offers to deal with it. unfortunately, shen yuan’s cultivation isn’t strong enough so shen yuan sucks up his pride and writes to shen qingqiu, hoping CQM can help with this.

shen qingqiu unfortunately is away on another mission, so liu qingge is sent to help. shen yuan shares which beast is terrorizing the town and helps liu qingge defeat the beast, getting hurt in the process when he took a poison hit meant for liu qingge. liu qingge feels guilty about getting a civilian hurt while out on a night hunt so zooms back to qian cao, kidnaps mu qingfang and then flies back to the town under one day so that mu qingfang can treat shen yuan. during shen yuan’s healing process, he bonds with both mu qingfang and liu qingge. shen yuan offers to let them stay in his tavern for free since they had just helped him and his town but both peak lords refuse and pays anyways.

a week after the two peak lords left, mu qingfang returns to ask shen yuan for his help in tracking down a medicinal herb in the area as shen yuan kept blabbing about pidw's flora and fauna while healing. shen yuan is always up for tracking down a plant so eagerly helps mu qingfang find it. 

and a few weeks later, liu qingge returns with a monster part as a thank you gift for shen yuan after another night hunt for taking that blow. liu qingge was on his way back to cang qiong but decided to stop by shen yuan's inn first. shen yuan offhandedly mentions he's been trying to improve his cultivation and sword skills since the beast terrorized his town, to which liu qingge offers to help train shen yuan's sword skills since he isn't part of any sect.

this causes both mu qingfang and liu qingge to regularly visit shen yuan’s tavern alongside shen qingqiu who is very annoyed that his secret info broker is now being visited by his sect siblings. literally shen qingqiu comes back from his previously mentioned mission, only to run into liu qingge at the tavern’s entrance and begins hissing.

soon other peak lords grow curious about this tavern owner so they pester all three peak lords over it. shen yuan finds himself suddenly flooded with peak lords customers, especially since the town he's living in is super close by to cang qiong mountain and shen yuan is a treasure trove of information.

cue classic cumplane bickering when shen yuan eventually realizes shang qinghua is airplane. maybe shang qinghua has been hearing shen qingqiu, liu qingge and mu qingfang gatekeep this tavern infobroker. shang qinghua wanted to see what's up with this npc who somehow managed to calm down shen qingqiu a bit and decides to visit. shang qinghua probably outs himself when he mumbles something along the lines 'how did this become a harem novel but for the wrong character?'. and thus, shang qinghua quickly becomes another regular at shen yuan's tavern

one day, while shen yuan is cleaning some cups, luo binghe sits down in one of the tables which causes shen yuan to fanboy (in his mind) for a bit. luo binghe acts very much like the bold protagonist from pidw (he’s a combination of bingge and bingmei, but a bit more towards bingge if he wasn't traumatized tbh) 

luo binghe knew who shen yuan was through his parents obviously, and wanted to meet the guy who helped his family his entire life. bingyuan somehow gets roped into a night hunt and maybe shen yuan somehow gets without a cure a la canon style. luo binghe obvs offers to cure without a cure, but shen yuan is like huh!! you’re suppose to be a straight!! stallion protagonist!!?

soon luo binghe quickly becomes a regular too due to without a cure, and cleans shen yuan’s meridian’s regularly. he highkey starts crushing on shen yuan and even begins working part time at shen yuan's tavern as a chef despite shen yuan's initial protest that the crown prince of the demon realm really shouldn't be working at a lowly tavern.

when cang qiong learns that shen yuan has without a cure, they question him, very concerned over how the heck did he get poisoned with without a cure of all things-! none of the peak lords trusts shen yuan’s new part time chef at all. (except for shang qinghua who's honestly not surprised his cucumber bro managed to pull bingge into his harem and gave his family a happy ending)

liu qingge also helps to clean shen yuan’s meridians cause he doesn’t trust this luo binghe to do so while mu qingfang prescribes shen yuan with medicine and comes down to his tavern to give shen yuan a medical checkup at least once a month.

luo binghe continues to pester shen yuan about curing without a cure, even zhuzhi-lang begins doing the same but that only cause luo binghe to attack his cousin and the two almost destroys shen yuan’s tavern in the process.

behind the scenes tho, lao gongzhu has been trying to find a way to take down tianlang-jun and get su xiyan back for almost two decades now. he's been suspecting that someone leaked his plans to tianxi and helped the two lovers escape to the demon realm for years now. and all his investigation finally leads him to a small tavern innkeeper name shen yuan. he decides to head over to shen yuan's inn and kidnaps him to obviously politely ask him some questions about tianxi. lao gongzhu succeeds with the help of a few of his most trusted disciples.

unfortunately for him, he chose a day where luo binghe, zhuzhi-lang, some cang qiong mountain peak lords, and a few rogue cultivators that owe shen yuan a favor happen to be there for separate reasons.

While I was stressing to finish mxtx exchange (mainly because I wanted it done to start other drawings before school starts next month OTL) this zhushen idea came to mind, and had me thinking about it for days
