i love the adult dynamic of lottienat where nats suspicion of lottie is a front for being infatuated with her but I also love the teenager dynamic before season two where nat just thought everything lottie did was super amusing and funny

Lottienat is so funny to me if you think about it from Lottie's pov. Imagine liking a girl and making up rituals to keep her safe but also to have an excuse to touch her but it only makes her annoyed at you, then her boyfriend -whom you tried to hunt down and have an orgy with when you're on mushrooms- can only get it up at the thought of you during their first time cause you helped him calm down during a panic attack once so now you're unknowingly a part of an imaginary threesome between you, your crush and her boyfriend.

So I know season 3 of Yellowjackets is basically an amorphous concept at this point, but I'm kind of into the idea that Natalie is drawn to Lottie as she takes on the role of Antler Queen and genuinely falls in love with her, but is still connected to Travis out of guilt and fear. Lottie is seemingly destroyed by the cult, locked up in a mental institution for half her adult life, while Travis and Natalie can never really completely destroy each other or move on. A very, very fucked up OT3.
