Inspired by @men-want-me-fish-fear-me inquiry about Calgar's ass and whether is it bigger compared to other marines, I set out to find out the answer. Research is under cut:

Warp was willing and I've obtained the necessary models (yes, I could get an ordinary marine, but Titus was right there) to compare them in the software of my choosing We can already see that even Calgar's head is bigger than that of Titus. Here are some orthographic views of Calgar and Titus

Gravis armour is undeniably thicker and bigger than Tacticus So let's take some of this armour off of them, shall we? I assume that that ribbed black portion all marines have to be their bodygloves. I also assume that this is the last layer marine has to shed in order to become naked. So I am going to expose their lower bodies, since these parts are actually modeled (game models do not contain anything more than something that can actually be seen) I also took off their backpacks, essentially trapping them in their ceramite prison.

Titus' ass (colourful) inside Calgar' ass (tramsparent) clearly shows the difference in volume

Thanks to his Gravis armour and his slightly larger body frame, Lord Calgar appears to be a veritable behemoth compared to the gigantic Primaris. So in short, yes, Calgar's ass is somewhat bigger than that of ordinary Primaris.
