✦ + For your Fantasy AU, where does Robin Mask fall into this AU? What role does he play and is he important to the story?
Let’s see!
- He is either a royal that doesn’t care too much about what happens around him. He still remains Kevin’s father but he doesn’t go to great lengths to see him again
- Court magician that has this crystal ball thing that peers into his son’s life. He’d be constantly grumbling to himself on how Kevin could have made a batter decision at something, or he’d be proud. In this he’d have some little minions. Think David Bowie in the Labyrinth
- A royal father that is there but disapproves of his sons relationship choices so he tries to send mercenaries to unalive his sons partner. In this Kevin and Mars would have to think of ways to get through to him or make him less dangerous. Thinking of Mars disguising himself here.
More to come haha! I just had to think of these on the spot!

@thewildpomegranate replied: 'I can understand anti shipping but I didn’t know that the other stuff happened 0.0 the whole deal with Brocken yes but not exactly the whole other stuff since I jumped in the fandom when nisei was on air. This is soooome dark stuff 😅'
I'll add screenshots underneath, in case there are any triggers for folks, but here's the darkness that lingers in Meat's soul XD

There is a third, where Doc Nakano/Kazuo Nakano forcibly looks at Meat's penis, too, but Mangadex is down and Bato has a lot of chapters missing (it was early in the OG; I want to say the Tour Arc, but I have no means to check).
The series has a lot of dark undertones, like Keiko also nearly getting raped as Tamaki/Trixie forces her to whore herself out, but a lot gets toned down or removed from the anime. It also gets used for humour, motivating male protagonists into action, or sometimes simply for fanservice.
Also, Barrierfreeman shows all three at once:
Again, no judgement or opinion on such content, but just curious that some of the most vocal anti-shippers are still interested and fans of the series, as it contains most of the elements that offend or upset.
But yeah, if you're new to the darker stuff, there's quite a long list to catch up on! 🙇 It's weirdly dark for what became a kids' series overseas 🙇
In a series where Harabote sexually assaults his own daughter, where Terryman hits his own son, where Broken Jr. is a raging alcoholic, where bodies are ripped bloodily in half, Nazis find redemption in heaven, and racism is overt and rife ...
... we've now anti-shippers in the fandom

@maskednoble replied: "When it comes to shipping, especially in this fandom; I fear people have gotten too comfortable with shipping children with adults. I'm all for shipping but there is a line that we should be aware of for sure!"
I see your point, but - at the risk of playing devil's advocate - the series itself does itself play with age gaps (and relationships between generations). There are negative portrayals, like with Keiko and "compensated dating", as well as Jacqueline being hit on by Harabote, but they also use more 'positive' examples.
By 'positive', I mean the series itself is veering away from negative repercussions or any judgements (i.e. using it for humour or romance).
Mantaro hits often on Marie, as well as other older women, and Terry the Kid is often seen with sexualised dates. Rinko in herself is sexualised, often with panty shots, and Buffaloman looks at Meat's penis (two other times people look at his penis without consent, too). You also have older characters flirting with younger characters, and then there is the horror of Barrierfreeman.
If people are squicked by minor/adult pairings, I totally appreciate that and understand that, but it seems to me an odd line to draw in a series that uses those same relationships for humour or sexual gratification.
Personally, if a person is morally against those ships, it only makes logical sense to be morally opposed to the source material itself 🤔

Very cool!
Great drawing skills 😊
You know Bibimiba is a chojin from Planet Kinniku, too, though? 🙂
Like mother, like daughter,,
just a small comparasion between Bibimba and her half human-alien daughter Kiriko
while Kiri has her dad's eyes and alien features her hair down is a bit scruffy just her mother's but shorter. Btw this Kinnikuman AU in question i am making will involve Bibimba being a Chojin as well and she'll have her own team of female wrestlers!

Kinnikuman rocks because there’s this dude who is a high ranking warrior of Satan from the Bible and is well remembered for his signature move that completely dismembers and disembowels the enemy that is hit by it, an incredibly powerful warrior, and he looks like this

his name is Springman and he is a big spring.

my heart breaks at the fact that Kevin Mask must've picked up every single part of Chloe/Lord Flash's shattered mask in order to piece it together and take it with him everywhere... what must that have been like :(
