Miki couldn’t help but get a little giddy at everything that had been going on recently. Miki hadn’t always felt this way, but Nate had always been one to reel a laugh out of her or make her day, that was definite. Whatever dynamic they had now was just icing on the cake and she was eating it up. The brunette was currently curled up in a ball in her oversized sweatshirt, texting a few lone souls up at this hour. Of course in the knick of time, Nate had texted her, an unavoidable smile gracing her lips. She nodded softly and placed her phone on the bedside table, then quietly tip toed down the stairs, hands shoved in the kangaroo pocket.

Reaching the door she opened it as softly as she could manage, only to swiftly pull in the curly haired counselor she’d grown fond of out of the chilly air that was already nipping at her warm rosy cheeks. She brought the door to a close, then leaned back against it, giving Nate a brief once over. She laughed softly, pointing a finger at him. “You shouldn’t be out so late, Dox. You’re making scandals everywhere you go.” She shook her head in mock-disappointment, but a smile stayed on her lips the whole time, unable to keep it down for the life of her.

Once Miki open the door and a rush of heat enveloped around his whole body. He couldn't help the huge smile that formed on his lips. He was about to greet her when she reached out to him and pulled him. He laughed as she pretended to be disappointed with him, he thought it was one of the most adorable thing he has ever seen next to newborn baby kittens. "What scandal could I possibly start? I've been a scandal free male counselor." He laughed as he joked. "I'm practically a unicorn. Completely rarity." He rubbed his hands together as he warmed them up from them freezing out in the cold. "I didn't wake you, did I?" he looked at her with concern.

He tried to keep his mind straight as he noticed that she was just in an oversized sweatshirt. There was something about a girl that could be completely relaxed and dressed down into something comfortable, instead of all dolled up and mentally kicking themselves for their outfit decisions. He casually cleared his throat and looked back up at her, not wanting to seem like he was gawking over her. "I'm bored and I can't sleep. So i figured of all the people here, you'd be the best candidate to entertain me." he smiled.
