thinking about the fact that since perry is non-verbal we don't exactly know how he addresses heinz in his head on a daily basis and the only personal insight we have is in "when we didn't get along" where he says "doctor d." which is not as exactly formal but a bit more friendly and it matches with how heinz plays with the word "platypus" when he addresses perry and since that's from s1 I can just tell perry definitely has many nicknames for heinz in his mind by now
