"No."
Because the other was the hero of the story, and though tragedies maybe be won over, he has trust of beings and divine power for as long as they are capable of being used. wanderers from the outside world are not those who fit the criteria for now without more knowledge.
"Perhaps you should prepare a feast for them, I would gladly handle that."
Prophetic gifts had little merit to Phainon. He had turned away from the Gods for nearly as long as they had kept silent and he was not about to torment their prophets for counsel on a matter they needn't be privy to. The outlanders were to keep a low profile among the common folk, their identities under wraps whilst they still figured things out. "Is it not your duty as crown prince to greet them?" He teases, knocking his shoulder with Mydeimos'. Though he respected his title, Phainon would not shy from joking around with him.

"...Apology accepted, for it is only a minor slight. One that is not worth remembering. Now you say this Penacony is the land of dreams? How so?"
He couldn’t deny the truth in the man’s words.
“ you’d be correct, so me commenting on your.. sense of style was hypocritical of me. and for that, I apologize. “ he muttered solemnly, reaching up once again to adjust his own scarf, as if he felt bare and exposed.

"The journey has yet to begun, and yet you ask for council from me? Surely it would be better to ask our dear prophet." in other words, he didn't care to speculate about the matters at hand. Right now it took all their might to fight against the forces of destruction.
"You would surely guide them, do you plan on not greeting them first?"
"The goal and the result of that goal are two separate things," He replies smoothly as if parrying the lion's blade with his own, and not exchanging simple musings. The Nameless companions from the sea of stars are a peculiar bunch, sure to bring a change that Mydei speaks of, but Phainon is uncertain of the means by which it will take place. "Mydei, how do you predict this will unfold? Or rather, what are your wishes for their involvement?"

"A task they have failed remarkably in."
memories, information. The children of remembrance see all, and their adventures bring change without the intention of embracing it until their end. Penacony, Belabog, and the alliance that travels space itself.
"Their goal to trailblaze a path, has always lead to change, be it instant or otherwise long drawn out."
"Aren't they called the Astral Express?" he corrects, without meaning to as there isn't that big of a difference between the two. A grin stretches his lips, shy of apologetic, but Phainon is not about to outright apologise. "It is indeed curious that they are called the Nameless. I wonder if it stems from a belief to not leave a mark or something else."

A brief smile.
so faint.
"He holds his station like a true leader, truly knowing what he wants and needs. a king is still a king , no matter how small the kingdom. But I hear he is more of the steward of this train. Once belonging to the powerful Akavili. He is a treasure to be sure."
"Come now, have we not fought as allies already, call me Mydei, tis awkward to call me your highness. Less you wish for me to call you by a title as well."
To say that Mydei's presence was commanding and oppressive was an understatement, the dragon sealed within him stirring in response to the warlike Heir.
"They're usually easy to get along with when they're respected, Highness."

"...I do not bare all of myself, and I have seen worse from those deep within their cups. You do not stop the foxians who are dressed more lasciviously from parading around as well."
Meaning, there was nothing to change.
At least they were getting somewhere.
all the halovian did was sign in exasperation. He had sensed that this conversation would go no where before it even started. “ I’d suppose it’d be suitable if you were in a warm climate. ” he explained, opening and closing his mouth in attempt to explain.
“ but- you’re kinda.. you know. In public? “ he finished, wringing out his hands and biting his lip. He wasn’t sure on how this stranger would react, but he was sure he wouldn’t have to defend himself.
