I was there. They didn't seem to hit off well at all at first, and her date had vanished when she collapsed. He didn't come back or come to the hospital to visit her.

Her symptoms were not the kind you'd get from food poisoning, she wasn't vomiting, neither did she seem to have gastric pain or general food poisoning telltale signs. It was mostly issues with breathing and loss of consciousness, something deliberately administered. I checked her phone's emergency information for allergies, and she had none.

My conclusion was that it was a mix of two drugs. Rohypnol, used for sedation and memory impairment, with a high dose of aconitine, which is a slow drug which kills if untreated.

But the drink's already gone, and I've got no evidence besides documentation that might've been acquired .. not so legally?

You know how I am sometimes, right? A bit nosy. Yeah, I think I stuck my nose too far in another hospital's business.

So, I was at a restaurant, and some girl was sitting with her date. She collapsed like 6 minutes after her date went to the bathroom. I'm a registered paramedic, so I went to help.

I was in the ambulance when she got to Riverside General Hospital, and when I asked for a status on her, for some reason, they were being really vague.

"Patient under observation," "we can't release that information," "everything is fine," it was sketchy.

Only to find out in documentation, she died, and her death was filed as an accident. Food poisoning/allergies, rather than attempted murder with poison. So I'm confused, because that's just reckless, and stupid.

I did manage to get my hands on some documentation from a friend. I was hoping you, Matt, and Foggy could help out?
