This Thing Inside.

I’m tired of this thing inside of me.  The humanity.  This compassion.  This… nice guy.  Because really, what has it gotten me?  As far as I can tell, it’s only gotten me 3000 miles away from home.  Heartbroken.  Lost.  And on the verge of being a full blown cutter.

Sometimes, I wish he would just shut up and leave me alone.
