Okay I have a theory so spoilers ahead....

Vision on technically came back to life. Hex vision opened up Spectral Vision memories meaning he knows what happened and knows his feelings for Wanda. Spectral Vision is just out there flying around after the whole library scene, so technically Wanda still has vision...endgame vision.
