While Leon was pining over a girl he had just met. Jill and Chris went on to hunt Umbrella down. Leon didn't do shit to bring Umbrella down. Even when Umbrella was done. Why do you think Chris and Jill went to Europe leading to the events of RE5? To get the head of Umbrella Oswell Spencer. Leon had no connections to saving Racoon City or getting justice for it.

Seeing Leon fans on Reddit say Leon deserves to come back before Jill because he has more of a connection to Raccoon City than Jill..... like, do you guys even play the games Leon isn't in?
