A random dump of unbeta'ed SFW XenoStan headcanons because I'm sleep deprived, refuse to acknowledge I have to read the manga and love them very much. Canon is dead cuz I shot it with a riffle.

Stanley cherishes everything Xeno makes for him, no matter how minor the thing in question may seem. Pistol, armor, a pack of cigs — all of this has a special place in Stanley's heart (or his mouth, in case of cigs).

Xeno is suprisingly affectionate when it comes to Stanley. Always having him along when none are seriously busy, subtle compliments, he's actually pretty good with hints. Never fails to makes Stanley smile.

Stanley can't sleep. Most of the time he stares at the ceiling holding onto Xeno's hand, or hugging him. It makes him feel at peace.

Xeno won't admit it, but he likes it when Stanley's lipstick stains his face. One would think it's because of a more complex reason, but Xeno's just embarrassed.

Stanley poked fun of Xeno's pompadour at least once. Affectionately, of course. Xeno doesn't miss out to snarkly remind that a man who spends hours applying makeup is not the one to talk here.

Xeno's hands are nice and soft underneath the claws and gloves. One of Stanley's favorite things about Xeno to kiss, the other being forehead.

Cough cough Stanley has the softest titties cough coUGH. These are Xeno's personal pillows that guarantee a great nap.

"Your armor makes you look like a bird." "Want me to caw for you?"

Sarcasm is their love language and I will die on a hill for this statement. If they don't snark at each other occasionally, then they're either having a minute of softness or something serious happened.

If Xeno is a villain then Stanley is both a villain's wife and villain's evil cat. He even purrs when Xeno straches him behind his ear.

Stanley's body is covered in scars. And Xeno adores them very much, for whatever reason. Spending hours describing how elegant they are and comparing them to constellations... Stan's ends up red as tomato.

Quietly sneaking out to stargaze together. One would argue that there's nowhere in American Colony to stargaze, but I'd argue that corn fields are good not only for feeding cows.

Being a dictator sadly doesn't include spending lots of time with your also very busy sniper husband in the vast list of responsibilities, so they usually stick with verbal affection. But whe they do get to cuddle? It's the most adorable shit humankind ever got to witness.

Completely random but they're both dark chocolate enthusiasts. Stanley prefers a particularly bitter variants, while Xeno adores the one with orange peel in it. Their biggest struggle in post-petrified world was the complete lack of dark chocolate.

Another random thought: They'd enjoy reading horoscopes for kicks. Stanley finds Xeno's belief that these are absolutely nonsensical cute.

Stanley has the recipe of Xeno's favorite coffee memorized. Perhaps it's so he can make coffee for Xeno in the future.

They have Roger and Jessica Rabbit vibes. They just do.

Everyone know they're together. Neither Xeno nor Stanley ever directly announced or confirmed they're lovers, but all the people in the Colony just... Know that like it's common knowledge. These two are terrible at hiding their affair.

You end up standing up for Xeno in the beginning of your freshman year when he's being bullied by your friends

They all roll their eyes and turn their noses up and tell you that he's a loser who isn't worth your protection.

You've gone to the same school as him your whole life

You just never ran in the same circles, so you never got to really talk to him before

But even still, you argue that he's actually pretty cool, and didn't they know he was your friend too?

Yeah, you totally hang out all the time when you aren't with them

Oh, prove it? Um, well, uh-

"He builds rockets!" You shout it after a quick, panicked scan, where you see a NASA pin on his backpack.

"We-we were even planning on setting one off this weekend!" You add, face burning with mild embarrassment.

You just hoped you weren't making things worse.

A teacher ends up breaking everything up, and sending you all on your way

After rushing out an apology, you practically run from him.

Your friends refuse to let you sit with them at lunch, leaving you flailing for somewhere else to go that wasn't already full

That's when a hand grabs your elbow, startling you.

Stanley Snyder, objectively the most beautiful boy in your grade, is who stands there.

"Sit with us," He says, giving you a little tug.

You let him drag your bewildered form away from the table of scowling former friends, all the way to the other side of the lunchroom.

Xeno looks up from his lunch when Stanley drops his stuff onto the table and sits across from him.

You hesitantly join them, sitting to the right of Stanley, just off from being directly across from Xeno

When you ask why they invited you to sit with them, Xeno raises an eyebrow and says, in the most casual way possible,

"We're friends, aren't we?"

You flush, but you don't argue.

You had been the one to make that claim

And never once, in the days that follow, do you regret it

You do, in fact, set off a small rocket that weekend

You find out, about a year and a half later, that that had been the day Xeno fell in love with you.

Stanley's affection came soon after, since you started spending every day with the two of them

There is an intense Mario Kart battle between the two of them that you don't know about that decides who gets to kiss you first

(Xeno won, though Stanley insists he threw the match on purpose)
