There's a lot of radical feminist thought brewing in trans circles on this forsaken website and none of you are inoculated against it because radfems have been infiltrating queer spaces here for over the last decade and now you don't know how to recognize radfem thought without overt transphobia.
You think feminism is when women create a feedback loop to justify acting within their fear and trauma responses (which is literally the line of thought that founded radical feminism btw) instead of viewing it as a political movement with several different schools of thought and several connections to and solidarity with other liberation movements.
Take 10 minutes to read There Is No Hierarchy Of Oppression by Audre Lorde [ here ] and truly think about what solidarity in action actually looks like. I'm begging you.
"I simply do not believe that one aspect of myself can possibly profit from the oppression of any other part of my identity. I know that my people cannot possibly profit from the oppression of any other group which seeks the right to peaceful existence. Rather, we diminish ourselves by denying to others what we have shed blood to obtain for our children. And those children need to learn that they do not have to become like each other in order to work together for a future they will all share." - Audre Lorde

We live in the dumbest, lamest cyberpunk dystopia possible.
So LA has been — and continues to — protest against ICE. These protests haven’t gotten any smaller or lost any momentum, but social media wasn’t reflecting it.
TikTok users, realizing that the platform/other social media are censoring/deleting/shadowbanning these protest videos, decided to find a workaround.
They’re calling it the LA Music Festival. Ice detention centers and other protest locations are “stages.” The hottest band is Rage Against the Machine. “Here’s what gear you should be bringing to stay safe at the LA Music Festival.”
And it fucking worked.
TikTok has become a proving ground for a lot of new music, meaning lots of labels and organizations have lucrative deals with TikTok to promote their new artists and music festivals. So they absolutely cannot censor the words “music festival” or train the algorithm to ignore it, or they risk endangering that very important revenue.
So now protest videos are flooding feeds again, but it’s the LA 24/7 Music Festival. Truly an incredible timeline we’ve landed in.

Recently on Unhelpful File Labels in the Archives:

On-Going Project. Folders were empty.

Well Written Articles, 1999. There were no articles in this folder. There were a lot of budget reports though.

Stuff. You are killing me smalls.

Section 569-055 Knowingly burning or exploding. This was just papers shoved between files, I have a lot of questions and zero answers.

Okay, something about that kinktober (with no kink) thing that I noticed is this: every fic must have a conversation about a safeword being used, and then use it in the scene. Obviously this comes from the fact that they're treating fictional characters like real humans yadda yadda yadda
But like... the hope behind a safe word is that you're not supposed to use it unless something goes wrong. So like.
This is unironically what they're doing oml
#also like#not every kink scenario actually needs a safe word#there is plenty of kink shit out there where your safe words can just be stop

*Assuming that transportation and time are not an issue.
**If you don't like to go swimming specifically, choose which one you like hanging out in instead.
#reservoir#which to be fair I don’t have easy access to oceans or natural lakes#or actual natural ponds for that matter#rivers are nice but the one where I live is not really optimal for swimming

Confession: The letter “t” key on my laptop has been broken since 2024. From what my research tells me, they can’t fix individual keys on that model, and my laptop is no longer under a warranty, but it seems foolish to fork out over $900 for a new computer, so instead I’ve trained my brain to hit ctrl+v every time I want to hit “t.”
But sometimes I have to copy-paste something else besides “t,” which means I need a readily available place to copy the “t” from.
My first thought was to search “tiger” on Google, but if you can’t type the letter “t,” you just get search results about Bob Iger.
I realized words that end with “t” are easier for Google to autocomplete, so the first one I thought of was “crypt.” But wouldn’t you know, googling “cryp” takes to you to cryptocurrency results, and I REALLY don’t want my algorithm thinking I google that multiple times per week.
Then I remembered a cool place I went in London, called Cafe in the Crypt. It’s exactly what it sounds like and located below St. Martin-in-the-Fields Church. When I type in “Cafe in Cryp,” Google does indeed autocomplete it effectively! So I either keep that search result open in a tab or Google it every day.
So, that being said, if anyone works for St. Martin-in-the-Fields Church’s marketing department and has been utterly flummoxed by an IP address from Virginia that has googled their cafe hundreds of times over the past 6 months… that wasn’t a bot, that was me.
I am the Spiders Georg of Cafe in the Crypt.
Anyway, it’s a pretty cool place to check out if you’re ever in London. Just maybe not cool enough to Google it on a daily basis for months straight.

its so fucked that not only did they erase our languages and beat and kill our people for using them but they stole the words of important tribes and important people and used them for the military and for trees and for food and for summer camps. average native american name is seen by non ntvs as a joke or something to use or consume, not a human being
