Beautiful 16 miles along the river today that left my legs feeling pretty beat up. Made myself a teriyaki stir fry with a homemade sauce and some steamed veggie dumplings for dinner. And I went to the local coffee shop and got the most amazing cookies and cream cookie sandwich for dessert. And now I’m snuggled up on the couch with my puppy 🐶 😍

12 miles and almost no pain! Today made me think that running my first 50k in less than 2 months might actually be possible even though plantar fasciitis totally derailed my training this summer So many hills. Thankful for the shade of the forest and the amazing scenery that kept me going.
