I thought the long ass mangled Scout that attacked Stalingrad was the red scout??? Might be wrong but.

No, it is the Blue Scout, I went back and checked to see what color his shirt was. Some of the characters never had made an appearance in the movie, such as RED Scout, BLU Sniper, and a few others. The mangled Scout shows up after the Conagher (Idk how to spell it) brothers torture him. Also when Scout attacked Stalingrad at the elevator, it’s very subtle, but he wasn’t just screaming, he was yelling out “Doc.” Not exactly on topic but it would make sense on why it would be BLU Scout as well :)

OK IVE GOT IT

So for the AU, it’s going to stay the exact same in the movie, up until it gets to the Russian Roulette part with Spy, Soldier, and Medic.

My idea is, right before its Medics turn, he whips the gun around, killing Spy instead (how he knew there was a bullet, idk, he didn’t, just got lucky I guess idk 🤷‍♂️) ANYWAYS, so, that leaves Medic and Soldier escaping together, they walk out, Heavy gets crushed by building, and Medic has a realization, they didn’t see Scout die, as a matter of fact, Scout saved them before they got in the Elevator from before, so he’s like “Bro we gotta go find him” and Soldiers like “Bro he’s probably dead” and Medics like “Bro idgaf” and goes off to find Scout anyways. HE FINDS HIM, YAAAAAYYY!!! Obviously he’s still icky gross spooky Scout, but he’s unconcious, idk. ANYWAYS- they take Scout back to Medics place, they fix Scout up, and what happens after that? We’ll never know because I haven’t gotten that far yet.. ✌️😛
