                                  Elastomeric Industrial Mounting Systems- Dynemech offers SCREW SUPPORT MOUNTS Series DL for machines having tapped holes in the base. These mounts have a dimple on the top and the bolt from the machine foot rests over this dimple. Leveling of the machine can be done by turning the bolt.  Insulation plates having different load carrying capacities and different natural frequencies are assembled with DL series mounts to suit almost every industrial application. Fast and easy installation, shop floor flexibility, vibration and noise reduction, better surface finish and component accuracy and increased machine life are some of the features.

Dynemech  DLM/DLMS Series Mounts, developed in steel and stainless steel respectively  are simple and effective vibration dampers for machines with respective holes in the base. These mounts offer low frequency attenuation , stable machine leveling and vibration reduction. The flexible levelling screw accomodates uneven/sloped surfaces upto 5 degree. DLMS series find application where corrosion resistant materials for hygienic, climatic and environmental reasons are required like in pharmaceutical, food and beverages processing and packaging units, medical equipment manufacturing and chemical processing industries.

The design of the Dynemech Leveling Mounts in combination with high performance elastomeric anti vibration mounts provide vibration  absorption and anti skid properties. These Levelling Mounts find application in all machinery installations that require height and leveling adjustments. Effective vibration and shock control is achieved without anchoring. Leveling is possible because of leveling screws available.
