Here I want to focus on reblogging art and poetry I find amazing. I will focus on the subjects that make you rethink reality and life. Not so much love-poetry, though. If you have anything you want me to look at, I will check out the tag...

Taking a break from the publishing poetry - world. Don't know when (or if) I come back. I want to focus on my way further on - for the best of humanity, because I am in my place. In the meantime, I hope that the poetry that have been already published can give you some joy in your lives. Live well! Thank you <3

Okay everyone!
Time for some make-up change! If the world can`t handle you as you are, you change! Or at least you change the outer - with the same on the inside.
You see, I`m really not good at everything. I think I`m God damn good to write poetry, but that may be only my opinion. Anyway. I am still being the same me. Now however, I am practicing being something that I`m not.
Example: I am very shy. So I try to me more open. I am very honest, so I try to be more closed/mysterious. I also hate myself much at times, so I try to tell myself and you that I am great! As I just did in this post. So yes!
I am not perfect. Oooooh no I`m not. But I do write deep poetry - I think!
I still want to write poetry to people, so come on - make contact!
If you dare…
(I also have the worst self-confidence, so it doesn`t hurt to show off a little, huh?)

Complex numbers are NOT complex!
The first time someone told me about Complex numbers, i found it extremely hard to interpret it’s physical meaning. In this post, I wish to present to you an analogy to get a sense of what Complex Numbers actually mean.
Addition in 2- Dimensions.
We all know how to add in 1-Dimension. 3+2 =5, 15+2= 17. But let’s review anyway. Let say you want to add 3+1, you go to the number line and start at 0. First you move 3 units and then you move another one. The number you are at renders you the answer.
What does the “i” signify?
Complex numbers are written in the form z= a+ib. The “i” in a complex number is an Instruction! An instruction to turn 90 degrees in the counterclockwise direction.
What is a+ib trying to tell you?
a+ib is trying to tell you to move ‘a’ units in the x- direction. The “i” is telling you to turn counterclockwise 90 degrees and move ‘b’ units in that direction ( This direction is called as the Imaginary axis). You reach the point X.
The point X of course, as Pythagoras found out is at a distance of
from the origin and is inclined at an angle ( wrt to the x- axis ).
Cementing your understanding.
1+0i - Move 1 unit in the x-direction.
0+1i- Turn 90-degrees anti-clockwise and move 1 unit in that direction.
-1+0i - Move 1 unit in the negative x- direction.
0-1i- Turn 90 degrees anti-clockwise and move 1 unit in the opposite direction.
This is what I love to call as “ Addition in Two Dimensions “ because it is the same ordinary addition of two numbers that we all are familiar with. But instead of confining yourself with only one dimension, we perform the operation in two dimensions.
Final Thoughts.
There are an increasing number of people who refuse to study complex numbers without realizing how simple it is. Maybe they shouldn’t have called it COMPLEX numbers!
Nevertheless, If you have got any queries, you are encouraged to ask! for there is no such thing as a bad or stupid question and having a clarity of mind is quintessential to understanding.
(EDIT: For those of you who know about vectors, the inspiration for this analogy came from the geometrical interpretation of Vectors.)

The Firefly Squid is a bioluminescent squid growing to a length of only three inches. The squid is equipped with special light-producing organs called photophores that emit a deep blue light.
Large photophores can be found on the tips of the tentacles as well as around the eyes. Thousands of tiny photophores can be found throughout the squid’s body, giving it the ability to emit light along its entire form. In the Toyama Bay, in the central Japan Sea, the squid are found in fantastic abundance. (Source)

Sacred Grove of Bomarzo, Viterbo, Italy. Vicino (Prince of Orsini) and Pirro Ligorio, 1552
Vicino created the “Grove of Monsters” as a strange love poem to his deceased wife, Giulia. The shapes of the enormous boulders in his garden reminded him of monsters, and he transformed these boulders into dragons, nymphs, and other fantastic creatures.
“Whoever does not walk through this place with eyebrows raised and lips pressed tight, will also be incapable of understanding the Seven Wonders of the World.”
- Inscription at the entrance to the sacred grove, near a statue of Giulia with the body of a female Sphinx
