It seemed to be another beautiful day. One which should create lots of inspiration, and yet once again it felt like he had nothing. Perhaps it really was because he spent too much time alone in his cabin, he was wondering if he was becoming a hermit. Not that it really mattered if the resulting book was good, the issue was that he hadn't written said book yet. Or even had any idea.

He'd walked nearly into town when he felt something moving in his shirt, causing him to writhe. Checking what it was, he then realised someone was staring at him oddly "“Oh dear! A tiny crab appears to have made his home in my shirt pocket. That's the trouble with living on the beach" he said with a smile, hoping it made his actions look less strange.

Eowyn had expected a lot of things, but someone running up and talking to her like they were old friends hadn't been on the list. Now she just felt guilty and a little confused by it. There was a lot of people that Jefferson didn't want to meet from Wonderland. He wasn't sure where the Red Queen fell on that list, but he was pretty certain it was near the top. And of course, here she was. Well that was... actually predictable, probably some more Wonderland magical nonsense. "Are you going to chop off my head?"

"Senatar Amidala" well it was a surprise seeing her here. He wasn't all that sure why though. He knew she had died, but then again so had he. Once there had been a time he'd have considered her a friend, but he knew they had chosen different sides in the war. He didn't regret his choices, despite it all. "It has been a long time, would you like to join?" not that the coffee shop was that busy, but it would be interesting to talk.

It had been a while since he had just taken a walk without anywhere in mind. It was unfair to always just leave Ana looking after their daughter, especially with what they both knew now, but right now he had needed a break. And here was a much calmer place. "So, here is how I see it" Flynn said, draping his arm across his friends shoulders. "We can either pretend this is all fine, and walk away from it as if nothing ever happened. Or we admit it broke whilst we were in the room, and be blamed for it, even though neither of us were near it when it happened. Personally, I like the first option".

"See, I told you" Glinda said, holding up the dress against herself. "Pink looks good on everyone" it was trivial perhaps, but right now thinking about things like that were so much better for her nerves. It hadn't taken long for her to realise her memories differed from the others who had been brought here from Oz. She couldn't tell them what she knew, or why things had changed.

Sometimes just being at home proved to be stifling. Percy might love his wife, but he was never going to let her know that, or anyone else if he could help it. It created an interesting home life, and he had left for a walk on the beach. Not that he'd admit that to her, but that was a later problem. "It's a beautiful night isn't it?" he asked, realising someone had walked up.

This really was none of his business, the best thing he could do would be to ignore it and go find someone else to flirt with. But he couldn't do it, not after catching the look on her face. Perhaps he had misread it, but he still didn't think that anyone should be going through something like that alone. Besides they were friends, she knew she could tell him to fuck off if she really was ok.

"You know lass" he started, not making eye contact with her, or following her line of sight for now. If he was wrong, least it wouldn't be obvious he was starting a conversation. "When you texted me asking which outfit made you look hotter, I didn't realise you meant for standing by yourself". And he had seen the photos, if he was the sort of man who dated and she had shown up looking like that, it would have had to be a life or death situation before he spoke to someone else... maybe not even then. Actually he probably would have had very different plans, but then he lacked honour and he knew it.

Trying to get used to life here was proving to be a tricky one. Mostly it was good, and he was still worried of things ending. Yet he couldn't pretend he didn't have his own concerns. He had heard enough about what had happened after his death, some of it was deeply concerning. Still, he had been the one who brought Anakin to the Order, whatever happened afterwards didn't change that. He wasn't going to pressure him, not yet anyway. Though seeing him today was a surprise. "Anakin? Everything alright?"

It wasn't really what Belinda wanted to be doing this late, but Poppy had been almost inconsolable. Perhaps a teachable moment about looking after your things better, but she was only two. Instead it meant she had to head down to the beach in the evening and try and find the missing doll. Luckily there seemed to be someone else around, "excuse me, you haven't seen a toy doll anywhere around here have you?"

"Depends who owns it" not that he was too worried about it. A mistake like that here was just a mistake. But he was still in survival mode with everything that had happened in the past. "If you find that much interesting, then it becomes harder to notice the finer details in any of them" something he had adjusted to a long time ago. He'd been looking for danger though, something he did now. "Depends what you mean by magic. People pulled from different places experience life in different ways" and he was sure that using the Force would be seen as magic by many here, but it had never been that. "Given you've seen something called magic, I take it you have other memories".

"It might not, but it's what I'll go with. Make things more entertaining." Hera smiled at the stranger with a shrug, not too worried about it if they did get caught. "Anything can be interesting. Architecture, people, ecosystem around the space. If you're looking who knows what you could run into." She cocked her head, studying the man. "It is! Wise though, to teach about the subject. Have you experienced magic before?"

"Ruthless gets things done, blunt is better than riddles, and you've never been cold around me" he replied with a shrug. All of which he believed. He had spent too long in Wonderland, someone who just said what they meant was a blessing. "That one is my favourite one though" even if he didn't understand why. He was a mess and selfish with it. "Do you know that for certain?"

"Ruthless, somewhat cold and removed, blunt, tactless...my charms go on." Aether smirked a little, his eyes not leaving the other's face. "And, most importantly, hopelessly in love with you." His smirk softened to a smile, studying his partner before shrugging. "My own current abilities don't have a cost. Well, some of them don't."

Not for the first time, Ash had wondered if loneliness had finally driven her to madness. This was a little better, there was no monsters running around, and she wasn't have to deal with Poseidon's... well just Poseidon in general. But it still felt like a confusing mess. Her one saving grace had been that she had Dusty here. As if a reminder that all of it had been real. Whilst she had been keeping an eye out, she wasn't sure how to approach any of the Gods if they were here, she just wasn't that important.

That was until she heard the rumours of a bird that was on fire. Not quite what she was expecting, but she could take a guess. Going out to the stables, she got onto Dusty, riding out to where the stories were. Gulping at the sight of someone already there, this would be a lot harder to explain. "Um, hello, hi" she started, looking down at the bird as she got off the horse. Yup, it was Phospher looking a lot worse for wear, but she knew it would only last a moment or two. "I know fire and birds don't really mix, but he's ok. Maybe a little dramatic though, but the fire is normal" did she sound insane? Probably, it was why she had kept to herself a lot.

At that Kanan laughed. He didn't really care why he had multiple coolers. Everyone had their reasons for doing things, and he wasn't going to judge them for it. More the fact he had described it as colours. "You know, might as well have said don't use the unicorn shaped one. Least give me directions to the right one".
