"Varia- Artist from the Depths"

Created a basic reference sheet. While I don't think these figures came out as well as the previous image, I made sure to add the fish this time. Also a special reference of the top of the hat and his eye.

Varia is the spirit of a drowned artist, who currently resides in some ruins. While he is sorrowful about having died, deep down he still has the desire to create.

Also fish like use his hat/veil as a form of shelter, much to his annoyance.
