How long have you been working on this?

for the better part of a year now! it’s something i’ve been doing discontinuously as i’ve had more or sometimes less time for projects. at the stage i’m at, everything is planned and i just have to execute it,,, which is an ever bigger can of worms. should i make it in MSPFA? should i do classic comic style? write it all out like a novel??

I know that it’s a big meme that a lot of Homestuck fans haven’t even fucking read Homestuck (what are you here for?) but honestly, a lot of you guys need to read some of Hussie’s other works, too.

I am not talking about Post Canon or Dubious Canon or Psycholonials. I am talking about the vast swathes of work Hussie made prior to Homestuck. It really changes your perception of Homestuck and Hussie as an artist in general. Genuinely, they’re a good comic artist. If you don’t jive with the writing of comics like Whistles or And It Don’t Stop, you’ll jive with the art, at least. Problem Sleuth is required reading for every real Homestuck fan, since it is the spiritual precursor to it.

But also, I am so fucking tired of having to explain to people that Andrew Hussie was racist during the time of writing Homestuck and prior, and since somehow an unfathomable amount of blind idiots cannot seem to comprehend the fact that that racism exists in Homestuck, maybe you’ll recognize it in their older works, where it’s a lot harder to ignore. If you don’t see it then, then you’re doing it on purpose. I don’t know what to tell you!
