Gift my bestie @rosenrotstuff made for me. Thank you, babygirl. Tyelpe is arriving in Mordor, and Sauron (Tyelpe still calls him Annatar) is mindful and concerned about ash getting in his elf’s perfect silky hair.
A Dark Lord, is still a lord.

Headcanon: Elven heights
What information we have on height seems thin at times. But I think Ñoldor seem to average out at 7’. The Vanyar are listed as being the tallest.
The Teleri… well, Galadriel’s 6'4" IIRC. She was dubbed ‘Nerwen’, man-maiden, for her height… by her mother. Which leads me to conclude that she is indeed man-height amongst the Teleri.
(Barring astonishing exceptions like Thingol I see the Sindar a bit shorter than the Teleri on average due to being absent the Tree-light’s effects, but reasonably similar. This seems to be borne out by Celeborn being noted in LotR as being the same height as Galadriel. Whether that gives you a Sindar height or a Teleri height depends which legendarium version you accept…)
So I can envision shorter or taller examples all across the board, but my envisioning of the average height scale goes Silvan < Sindar < Teleri < Ñoldor < Vanyar.
Of course, the family of Finwe seems to run taller than average Ñoldor, but a 7’ average is my personal rule of thumb. Maybe a 6'5" - 7'5" spread of heights as standard for Ñoldor, to me. Especially in the Years of the Trees.
Tolkien’s 'Of Dwarves and Men’: 'They were called 'Halflings’; but this refers to the normal height of Men of Numenorean descent and of the Eldar (especially those of Noldorin descent), which appears to have been about seven of our feet.’
Another Tolkien note apparently declares: ’… but the Teleri were in general somewhat less in build and stature than the Noldor.’
Still another note declares that 'The Quendi were in origin a tall people. The Eldar (…) they were in general the stronger and taller members of the Elvish folk at that time. In Eldarin tradition it was said that even their women were seldom less than six feet in height; their full-grown elfmen no less than six and a half feet, while some of the great kings and leaders were taller.’ JRRT, late manuscript, The Lord of the Rings Reader’s Companion, Hammond and scull, p. 107, entry 'a tall Elf’
So it seems to be that since the Noldor are the members of the Eldar most often theorised upon, since they were the ones affecting world events more, their men are at least 6'6", with an average of 7’ if one accepts the other note, and it being rare indeed for their women to be below 6’. And again, all these estimates can be scaled up for the royal family, where people tend to be really, really tall.

Your opinion about Celebrimbor??
The first thing I have to talk about Celebrimbor is that he is one of the most underrated and misunderstood characters in Silmarillion fandom - with a very few exceptions - frequently depicted as a weak and vulnerable individual, crying and suffering... Damm this is boooooring and irritating and a gross mistake.
Celebrimbor is a skilled and powerful badass.
My favorite elf, precisely because he is such a fascinating character, who thwarted Sauron’s biggest and boldest plan forever, forcing him to create plan B. Sauron’s failure to achieve his goal was a significant setback as it required him to re-evaluate and re-organize his efforts. Centuries of work and planning get lost because of Celebrimbor's "betrayal" and I love that XD
The last prince of the house of Feanor, a very talented and exceptional high elf, whose skills extended beyond the forge to the battlefield and in politics. He was an elite warrior, and although he is not explicitly mentioned in the book, it can be inferred that he was present at the major events and great wars of the First Age because he was always beside Curufin and his uncles. He survived the fall of Gondolin and the War of Wrath, or do people think that the entire cast was involved in that war and Celebrimbor was not? He knew how to strategically select the region where he would build his kingdom, Eregion, in order to form military, cultural, and commercial alliances with the dwarves, who viewed him as a great friend and partner.
Like his grandfather who faced Melkor, Celebrimbor alone pursued Sauron, inheriting his ancestor's fiery spirit. He recreated the Elf Stone with mastery, and his creations shaped the destinies of Men and Elves. His influence resonated in Gandalf's decisions, Elrond's compassion, and Galadriel's strength until the very end.
I admire his unbreakable willpower and courage; even despite pain and horror, he remains undefeated. My beloved elf became a legend in Middle Earth's history. The last Feanorian star.

Rafal's answer to annoying questions typically asked during Eid holiday
Based on this tweet:

Translation:
"What's your major? "
"Study of Religions, aunty..."
"What job will you get after graduating (with that degree)?"
I can only close my eyes. After a while, I open my eyes, lift my face and raise my hands.
At that exact moment, a new religion is born and everyone in that modest living room become it's first followers.
