I made a zine with some of the little adventures I had during this summer break.

Fourth page, titled "Saw a postcard I know my grandma would've loved, but I can't send her things anymore. Irbis is standing next to a postcard stall, holding a single postcard and looking at it with sorrow, she thinks "For a second, I really thought I would be able to show you this". The fifth page is wider and the title says "Took driving lessons". Irbis is driving a blue Volkswagen beetle, she looks happy, but her thought bubble just says "AAAAAA". The driver teacher, at the copilot's seat, looks at them and asks "How are you feeling" Irbis answers "Good" with a smiling emoji. Sixth page is titled "Met with my friends" plus a smiling emoji. Irbis is next to a painted dog and an opossum, the three of them have frappe cups, the painted dog is asking "Where do we go to now?" and a voice from an unseen character says "Homosexual"; in the scene below, the painted dog is looking towards the direction of the voice, a little shocked, and asks out loud "He said 'homosexual'?" The opossum friend has turned to him, but side eyes the voice origin, and answers with the question "How does he know?". Irbis just looks at them because she didn't hear anything lol. Seventh and last page is titled "Sent my first stickers via postal service!". A bird postman is holding a package with his wing and saying "We'll send your package". Irbis is at the counter, looking at the package with a slight smile, just answers "Thanks"; a thought bubble coming from her reads "Damn, I didn't add a note or anything, I'm so sorry, Jon". End ID]

a little detail i really like is when Scully is asleep and Mulder wakes her up with a small touch. cat behaviour

LAST REVENGE FOR THIS YEAR!!!

This one's for Dekanya and her characters Pataya, Pitaya and Pitiya. I had seen these dragons since last year, but then decided to draw another character; however, this year Dekanya attacked me with a lovely gif and I decided to take all three dragons >:D

My friend, are you, too, dappled with the textures of your rocky mountains?

The frame shows mountains at the top and the bottom; the ones at the top are four from the Himalaya: Nanda Devi, Dhaulagiri, Kachenjunga and Mount Everest. At the bottom, the Andes are represented by three mountains: Ojos del Salado, Huascarán and Nevado Tres Cruces. The corners at the top have a Siberian ibex and a chinchilla each, reversed at the bottom, these are prey to these cats. I was thinking the other day how similar these two are, despite being apart both taxonomically and spatially, and this idea would not leave my head until I finished it, so here :]

Drawing them from this angle was a challenge, and then I decided to spend more time researching mountains from their respective habitats to decorate the frame, trying to make it so they overlapped with their registered populations, so this took longer than I anticipated, but I'm happy with the results :D!
