Focusing back on the subject of photography was a lot easier for Kassandra to connect to the other woman about thankfully, tilting her head in curiosity before speaking once more. “ I love looking at photographs and trying to find the meaning behind them. Do you have a gallery here? If so, I need to go see it. ”

“ that’s the one . ” she agreed with a nod . “ though based on the powers that i got , you’d swear he was the god of lust instead . ” she added , more jokingly this time . when the conversation turned back to photography , thea smiled softly and nodded in response to the other’s question . “ i do , actually ! it’s both my studio and a gallery all in one , and it’s pretty tiny , but it’s mine . ” she agreed with a nod . “ i’d be honored to show you sometime . ” she told the other with a smile .

BEA couldn’t have been happier that Nova instantly knew to play along with her - it was almost an unspoken rule between women, even if you were strangers, that if someone came over to you asking for some help, you helped. Gently leaning forward to place a kiss in greeting on the other girl’s cheek, Beatrice took the moment to whisper ‘thank you’ as she pulled back, a bright grin on her lips. “ I’m good! Just been waiting to get a bit of time with you when you had a break, is all. It’s rammed in here tonight! ” She spoke, before then hooking her arm with Nova’s, heading in the opposite direction of the man that had been bothering her.

NOVA had been in situations like this far to often not to know how to respond , which is why she’d been so quick to catch on to what the brunette was asking of her . nova smiled softly at the kiss placed to her cheek before pulling away to look directly at bea and whispering a soft ‘ don’t mention it ’ to her . “ yeah , it’s a bit crazy tonight , but thanks for being so patient ! i’m all yours now . ” she promised with a gentle smile as the two laced arms together and walked away .

“ yeah , i’d say i got pretty lucky on the whole cravings front during my pregnancy . ” she admitted with a shrug . “ i didn’t crave anything too bizarre . ” she told the male honestly before listening as he mentioned a rather odd one . “ okay , gross . ” she replied with a laugh .

Not to mention, they were born a bit premature, and one of them had to stay longer in the hospital, and the other thankfully was healthy baby. ❛ Oh, you know the law, you can’t text while driving! ❜ She teases her back, as she felt a tugged from her daughter pulling her strands. ❛ Боже мой! ❜ (Oh my God!), she tries to removed her hair from that tiny and evil hand of her daughter. Before she was able to talk about anything, the traffic warden came calling out the blonde. ❛ Ma'am you parked your car on the wrong side. ❜ He said to her while was about to give her a fine,  as she sighes heavily, before turning to him, looking into his eyes deeply, as she began to hypnosing him with her glance. ❛ You’re going to rip this paper, and forget what happened, ‘kay? ❜ The traffic warden, ripped the paper in front of her, responding her agreeing before leaving her alone. ❛ Hi Thea! Baby Oliver is so huge! ❜ She approaches to peaked the baby stroller, Ollie. Illya was very quiet on his stroller, playing with his toy. ❛ Maybe we need a playdate. I mean, the ‘mom’s need a playdate and leave the babies with their daddies. ❜

ALTHOUGH they had spent a lot of time together when they were both still pregnant , thea and sasha hadn’t really seen much of each other since their children had come into the world . it wasn’t like they had done it on purpose , but they’d just gotten so busy taking care of the infants that they hadn’t exactly had time for social hour . “ i know , i know ; i’m a lawbreaker . ” she responded with a laugh before glancing over at the traffic officer . she didn’t say a word , and instead just watched as sasha used her powers to convince him not to give her a ticket . when sasha turned back to face her , thea just responded to the scene with a laugh . “ it’s things like that which make me love you . ” she teased in reference to sasha’s manipulation that had resulted in her favor . at the mention of her son being huge , thea laughed softly and nodded , glancing down at the red-headed infant . “ he’s almost six months old , can you believe it? ” she asked in utter disbelief . when sasha suggested that they have a playdate , thea nodded eagerly . “ yes please ! it would be nice to spend time with someone other than my boyfriend or my sister . ”

“ Thanks - and no need to apologize! It’s really alright, ” Daniel assured Maci. “ I was just getting ready to wrap up anyway - a few stretches and I’ll be out of your way, if that’s okay? Really though, I can go stretch somewhere else if you’re in a hurry. ” He wasn’t sure what Maci was planning on using the stage for or what her schedule was like for the day, and he certainly didn’t want to put her in a crunch if she didn’t have a few minutes to spare for a quick chat while he stretched. 

“ sometimes i wish i could dance like that . ” maci admitted with a light laugh . she’d been blessed with a beautiful voice , but she definitely didn’t have the best dancing skills , no matter how much she wished she did . “ oh you’re totally fine ! take your time , stretch it out . ” she spoke sweetly . “ really , i’m in no hurry . ” she added honestly . her day was pretty flexible , and she didn’t really have any other plans , so she was more than willing to let him have the stage for as long as he needed .

SEEING a smile plastered onto her sister’s features only made luna smile wider . samantha gave off a very detached and harsh vibe at times , so to see her in a softer and more vulnerable way made luna happy . “ uh huh , whatever you say . ” she spoke softly , looking back up at her sister . “ it’s not so bad to be nice , you know ? ”

“ Really? How many moms do you have? ” Yona was a friendly person, but crappy at hiding how she was feeling. Seeing as she was still pretty ticked off at Luna for how things had shaken out with Jasmine, she approached the conversation with some attitude. On the one hand, Luna as a person was pretty freaking cool and interesting to spend time with. On the other hand… Jasmine. Yona would get angry at a school bus if it inconvenienced or hurt her friends enough. She softened a little bit in her approach, but she was still unable to act entirely pleasant. Yona crossed her arms, and was basically waiting for the other woman to say something wrong. “ I mean, I get it, because Charon isn’t that much more of a popularity booster than a Karen would be, but… There’s tons to assume right back that would actually be more warranted. Is your mom even evil? ”

LUNA could tell by yona’s tone of voice that she was the last person she wanted to be talking to , especially since yona knew exactly how many mothers luna had, so it hadn’t been a serious question . “ okaaaaaay, so you hate me too, cool . ” she muttered with a roll of her eyes . “ welcome to the club, i guess . ” she spoke once more , slightly more amused this time . at this point , she was used to people hating her for what she’d done to jasmine .  she listened as yona went on about her father and when she asked if her mother was even evil , luna just returned the comment with a shrug . “ depends who you ask . ”

While fiddling with a thread on one of her sleeves, she continued. “ Anyway, then he super-duper misheard me because he said it wasn’t very nice to call my mom a Karen. ”

“ you sound like me when people ask who my parent is . ” luna told the other with a laugh , shaking her head at the thought . “ i always hesitate to tell them because whenever people hear that i’m the daughter of hecate , they always immediately assume i’m like , pure evil or something . ” she admitted with a roll of her eyes . “ i can definitely see how he might have gotten ‘ karen ’ out of charon though . ”

THEA laughed softly as she watched the male shove the chocolate into his mouth and swallow it quickly , shaking her head in amusement . “ nothing , just gives me pregnancy flashbacks . ” she admitted with a laugh . “ those little dark chocolate squares with raspberry filling were one of my biggest cravings . ”

NOVA saw things like this all the time . running a winery , she did a lot of people watching . when she took note of the situation unfolding before her , she made herself aware that she might have to bail bea out of an odd situation . when she heard the other woman’s words , nova laughed softly at a level only they could hear before giving her a nod of agreement . raising her voice just slightly , so that the male would be able to hear her , she greeted the other woman . “ bea ! hey girl hey , sorry about that , i had to help out some customers before i could have a moment to breathe , how’re you ? ”

HEARING her sister’s words , luna couldn’t help but laugh as the crystal was placed into the palm of her hand . “ you’re starting to sound like me , sam . ” luna teased with a playful tone as she palmed the crystal in her hand , glancing at it before looking back up at her sister . “ i’m so proud . ” she added , her teasing tone only increasing for dramatic effect .

DANIEL was grateful Raye had given him permission to use Deadpan’s stage for practice ahead of auditions. There were other places he could practice as well, but nothing quite compared to being able to get some practice in and reacclimate himself to the environment in one fell swoop. And of course, it was an amazing feeling being back onstage even if the theater was empty - or at least, it had been empty. Mid-pirouette, he caught a glimpse of someone offstage out of the corner of his eye. “ Sorry, did you need this space? ” he asked, coming to a stop. “ I can clear out, if you like. ”

PERFORMING was maci’s favorite thing to do ; whether it was with her band , solo , or in some form of production , she didn’t care as long as she was on stage . forever ago , she and raye had made an agreement that she could use the stage to sing when no one else was using it , which is why she’d shown up in the first place . however , upon seeing daniel , maci blushed a pale shade of red . “ shit , sorry -- i didn’t realize anyone else was using the stage today . ” she hummed softly , shaking her head in disbelief . “ impressive pirouette though . ” she added with a grin .

But before she head home, she decided to get at the least, a cup of ice cream. Illya and Lena seems in great mood as well. In the middle of the way she bumped into somebody, when she was adjusting Lena’s toy close to her daughter grasp, or her baby girl would throw a fit. ❛ Sorry! Got a bit sidetracked. ❜ She looked at the person.

THEA and sasha had spent quite a bit of time together when they were both pregnant , having bonded over their shared condition , but once they had both given birth , it seemed like they had been a little too preoccupied with motherhood and they hadn’t really been able to connect . walking out of the ice cream shop with oliver in the stroller before her , thea gasped when she ran into the other woman , immediately apologizing . “ no , that was my fault , i totally was texting and driving . ” she mentioned with a slight laugh at her comment , given she’d only been driving a stroller . “ when i meant we should meet up sometime , this isn’t exactly what i had in mind . ” she teased her friend with a smile . “ hi sash . ”

We played Euchre, and they kept having a hard time holding the cards with their trunks, ” he explained. “ But anyway, enough about me - unless you wanted to hear more. How’s it going? ”

WHEN he offered to give her an abridged version of the endless stories about his dreams , nova laughed softly and nodded . “ i think i could handle that . ” she agreed softly . she then listened as he explained the elephant dream to her . “ oh well that’s good , i was worried it was going to be something outrageous . ” she admitted with a laugh before offering him a shrug . “ it’s going , i guess ? ” she hadn’t really been herself since she’d lost weston , but people had stopped checking up on her , so she’d stopped having to answer that question .
