I mean... Yes and no. Let me explain a little ehem.

Postal dude 3 does exist, his name's Evan, he doesn't exist as a physical human being as he's one of Gerard's alters (DID), he's one of his main alters (he also has "the other dude" from BD as his alter), most of his switches are involuntary and can't control this even tho he tries. He thought he got rid of him but no, just like the other dude said, he will always be there. About his conduct and all about how Gerard reacts to Evan its something you can see in Paradise lost.

It's pretty weird hearing him talk like him and even use the same words he would use but ... At least Evan's not that harmful-

Isaac also has alters, the one he hates the most and is also very related to his hallucinations is Demon. He made his first appearance when trying to confront his undiagnosed schizophrenia and extreme loneliness, he needed to turn off his feelings and empathy to not go insane cuz nobody was there for him, but unfortunately this personality was kept in the back of his head, mostly because of his complex trauma of childhood and loneliness. It makes appearances in the worst times of his life, mostly in violent scenerios.

And about postal dude 4... He's just Gerard in a different timeline and in the future. Nothing more to add other than that. (His future changed when he appeared in 97's universe, someday ill explain how it happened)

Her name's Hannah and even tho she's pretty different than Bitch in 2003 postal 2, she's still pretty toxic, She's inspired by the girl on one of the "What went wrong" postal 97 posters and her character is inspired by Jake's girlfriend in the Jacob's Ladder (which is a movie that's really Postal 97 coded). She's dating Isaac lol what an idiot he's an homosexual in the closet
