Thoughts on Spring Awakening (with Spoilers)

This show chilled me to the bones.

The music was so beautiful, but the story is so saddening.

Looking back, the first song was already foreboding.

When he held her hand and started backing away to the door I thought he was just going to rescue her and get her to safety (run away with her),

But no.

He pushed her out of the storage room and locked HIMSELF inside with the other guys.

Holy !!!! she almost got gang-raped!

And Banker comes in and loses it. And it’s basically the precursor to the present because he’s not a SEAL here or anything, he’s just a student, but he takes out all of them simply because he refuses to stop.

And he locks her in the closet thing so she’d be safe while he battles the thugs alone which is BASICALLY THE PREVIEW FOR THE PLOT OF THE DRAMA.

Are you fucking kidding me? What the hell - why do you need to wonder why on earth anyone would stop a gang rape THE HELL. Like, I am 100% sure if it was some random girl and not JY, he’d still fight these guys.

Cop remembers his saying he never met her before three years ago and is all “why did you lie?” ahahahaha lady what is the point of telling you anything. Also, what the HELL are you doing in his house without a warrant, I hope someone busts your ass (she is supposedly fixing the lock they busted but did he ask you? No. Also, that does not require coming into his house. God, I loathe her.)

Brains! It’s amazing what happens when you use them!

I love this so much because the rest of the kids were kicked out and he wasn’t going to be because of the $$$ and he remembered what JY said about his money buying his way out of trouble and he went and voluntarily transferred out omg RIGHTEOUSNESS IS HOT.

There is literally no give in him, zero. And I love that.

Thoughts on My Beautiful Bride, Episode 9

It's actually fascinating to see the cop yell at the protagonist for being a banker.

Like, he said bankers are evil for assigning different credit ratings to different people.

It's like he doesn't know how banks work at all.

The money banks loan out doesn't belong to the bank. Those are people's savings.

Also, the protagonist is not even in charge of retail credits, he works in the corporate banking department.
