The subtitles are a bit rough and English is not my first language but if I understood correctly Boat is writing his master's thesis about the approach of the Y-series industry to broaden its audience base. I hope he can milk all the connections he is making through his acting job for his academic purposes.

he visited in the hospital Democratic State Senator John Hoffman who was shot 9 times in an attempted assassination by a right wing extremist

Thats the first picture made public of Senator Hoffman since the attack, released by his family

Then President Biden paid his respects to Former House Speaker Melissa Hortman, her husband Mark, and their dog Gilbert, who were killed in the same assassination plot where Senator Hoffman was shot

The 82 year old former President kneeling in front of the caskets of the Hortmans, were are laying in state, along with the cremated remains of their dog Gilbert under the dome of the state capital.
