I know I’m bout to piss a lot of y’all off, but it must be said.

This is entirely from my own personal nalu-oriented perspective, it is purely my opinion so don’t get heated ok?

I personally believe Aquarius’ presence in the last two chapters was completely unnecessary. Mashima laid the perfect foundation to develop NaLu - a scenario where Natsu would be forced to preform some act of affection towards Lucy to gain her back. I am tired of this NaLu baiting, like what was the purpose of even having Natsu there? He ain’t even do nothing. Might as well just have put Gray there. And this is super frustrating to me cause Mashima is deliberately not developing Natsu at this point. There needs to be some sort of conflict or tension for him to develop. And I’m not just saying this as a NaLu shipper, but Natsu’s cluelessness is not funny anymore. This dude hasn’t developed a bit since the beginning of the series. If he isn’t put in a situation where he is FORCED to realize certain things or go out of his comfort zone, he won’t develop at all. Moreover, Mashima will constantly have Lucy ‘awkwaken’ Natsu whenever he has a rage episode like he did with Ignia. But won’t have Natsu do it to Lucy. I swear Nalu fans are so deprived that we will go to LENGTHS to prove that Natsu has romantic feelings for Lucy. Like ‘he kicked her first so he must like her’. We’re thinking way too deep into this, Mashima just writes down the first thing that comes into his head. And although I realize that there are high chances of Nalu becoming canon towards the end, a random romantic relationship between the two in the last episode won’t be satisfying to me.

Now getting back to Aquarius, not only that her presence was random af cause how did she even know what was happening in a whole different dimension while Lucy doesn’t even have her keys on her (not that she had Aquarius’ anyway)? But also the whole ‘water of memory’ situation was just hilarious to me. That came out of nowhere. Like this was never even mentioned and now her water be carrying memories? Pls. I swear Mashima is just doing stuff. Like he sits down and writes the first thing that comes into his head. At least make it make sense?? And Aquarius being there did not contribute at all to the overall story. This is not ‘foreshadowing’ that Lucy’s close to finding the key like that’s literally a keepsake from her mom and Lucy’s the MC. She’s gonna find it, trust me. And I had hoped that since the nalu moment was ruined anyway, we would at least get a proper fight😐 Lucy got this cool ass buff and we don’t get a proper fight? Also why are Lucy’s fights always so short? Natsu’s fights be 3 chapters long compared to Lucy’s 3 panels ones. Aren’t both of them MCs? Why is Mashima treating Lucy like a side-character these days that’s just there to validate the male mc?🙄

Idk I feel like giving up on the 100 years quest, I keep hoping it gets better and I just get disappointed every chapter. Idk, feel free to let me know what you think.

Do y’all seriously still hate Sakura? In 2021? Are y’all okay? I’m so tired of seeing it so imma take each argument your average Sakura hater uses and dismantle it.

1. Is Sakura mean?

I have seen a lot of people using that one scene from episode 3 OUT OF APPROXIMATELY 700 ENTIRE EPISODES, where Sakura is making fun of Naruto for being an orphan, as a justification to why they hate Sakura. Bruh, not only that she was literally 12 years old, she also realized that was mean like 10 minutes later and felt bad about it. She was a CHILD😐 Some of y’all were literally saying the n-word as children so stfu. Go to the comment section of any Naruto episode on Gogoanime to see people making fun of Sakura using derogatory terms. Can y’all stop pretending you hate her cause she’s mean when you are literally meaner? And also, if being mean is such a deal-breaker for you and you just hate mean people in general (cause I’ve seen people saying that Sakura is not a bad ninja, just a bad person, therefore they hate her), why don’t you hate Sasuke? Sasuke was SO MUCH MEANER to Sakura. Oh, cause y’all project on to Naruto so somebody being mean is only bad when it’s about Naruto (aka u). But, even if you were to say that ‘Sakura deserved it’ cause she was being mean to Naruto first, why don’t y’all also hate Ino and Kiba? She is a MEDIC ninja, she can’t be on the frontlines like Naruto. Just cause she isn’t the first one to jump into battle, doesn’t mean she’s not doing anything. She is STRONG. I am not going to bring up any examples cause this is actually so stupid. Y’all can’t possibly actually believe that.

3. Is she too obsessed with Sasuke?

Yeah, she is, but so is Hinata obsessed with Naruto and y’all love it. The only thing Sakura ever said was ‘please bring Sasuke back’ in the original naruto and the reason naruto was trying so hard to get him back was because THAT WAS LITERALLY HIS BEST FRIEND. He never pressured Naruto to bring him back. That was Naruto’s own will.
