Last repost is what I mean when I say influencers are harmful to communities in general. "Ads are the only way I'm able to make content full time" is a bad excuse. The community you represent is not obligated to sit there and get scammed so that you don't have to work a day job. The amount of responsibility these people refuse to take with regards to their influence is staggering.

If the influencer represents a niche subculture, it's even worse because they are actively profiting off of a small community of hobbyists, and not just their own followers.

Just finished my first HDG (Human Domestication Guide) story, Flotsam Heart, which I began almost two years ago.
