Hello, my name is *******. Hmm, it seems my real name won't appear when I type it. Let's try again: my name is *******. No luck. Anyway, most people call me Wave on the worldwide web, so that will do. I am an artist, writer, sometimes a gamer, and even a musician at times. I will post updates on my work and stuff in general here on Blogtopius

Making a movie
I'm trying to make a notebookian movie about fractals. Windows Movie Maker isn't the best, but it'll do for now.

Probably the most exciting live feed ever.

Sometimes everyday materials are more fluid than they seem. In 1927, Professor Thomas Parnell of the University of Queensland started what is now the longest continuously running laboratory experiment when he filled a sealed glass funnel with a sample of heated tar pitch. After allowing 3 years for the pitch to settle, the funnel’s stem was unsealed and the pitch has been slowly dripping ever since. Now, over 80 years later, the ninth drop is still just forming. No one has witnessed the fall of a pitch drop but the odds are good that someone will catch the ninth drop now that it has its own webfeed. The experiment, which won an Ig Nobel Prize in 2005, demonstrates the incredibly high viscosity of pitch, which the researchers estimated at 11 orders of magnitude larger than water at room temperature. Awesome Dance Party (at the Living Room)
Great dance party last night. Twas fun to dance the creeper (in my creeper shirt). It was a shame I didn't have a hipster hat, though. There was also a seemingly-crazy lady in a brown dress and big golden cross necklace who looked like something out of a historical reenactment. Needless to say, she danced like there was no tomorrow. Good times.

A talk with Obnoxious Kid from Sledding Hill
Me (after giving the kid his sled back when he lost it): Not even a thank you?
Kid: No.
Me: You know, I could have just taken that sled, torn it in half, and set it on fire if I wanted to.
Kid: I case you haven't noticed, we're standing in the middle of something called snow, and it isn't very flammable.
Me: No, I could have set the SLED on fire, which is made of plastic which is actually quite flammable.
Kid: It's not made of plastic, it's made of Styrofoam!

When a creeper blows a hole in my front yard I only cover the top layer up
Same here. The area in front of one of my houses is completely hollow from all the craters I covered. Grass actually started growing under there so I put a little stream in and a bed. It's very cozy.
