the worst part about being an artist is wanting really badly to make art that will impact someone the way the art you like has impacted you. but the stupid fucking medium you’re attracted to is GLASS BLOWING??? i listen to music and go “holy shit this guy gets it”. i watch doctor who for ten years and it feels like an integral part of my childhood and life and the reason i met some of my closest friends. i can hope and wish and dream but who out there is going to see a glass sculpture and say “HOLYYYY shit this guy gets it!!” about me

#i’m just gonna start treating tumblr like a diary because only one irl follows me on here. btw hi#i should just start working out maybe it’ll make a huge difference#but i saw a recent picture of myself and realized wearing long shorts and shirts with the sleeves cut off and cutting all my hair off#and wearing no makeup and wearing platform boots with long jeans to make myself look taller i don’t look butch AT ALLLL#i take glass blowing classes. i do woodworking. i have a swiss army knife. my hair has been short for six years. the only women’s clothes#i buy are bras. the only jewlery i wear are earrings which are less girly nowadays. i move my friends furniture i kill the bugs in my#apartment. but old ladies at my work still say my hair is cute and people still call me ma’am. it’s all because i’m FIVE FOOT THREEEE UHGGG
