I accidentally got stupidly into Plastic Man and even made an oc about it. This is still a tes blog but oh my God I gotta live a little just for a wee bit I love him so

Scrapyard’s role is that of an adversary-to-allies deal. Since it always needs to eat, it’s always looking for good food. When it hears word of Plastic Man and his powers, it sees him as a never-ending meal and pursues him. Shenanigans ensue.

SCRAPYARD

A black hole artificially created in a lab.

The black hole is sentient, piloting its body like a mech suit by manipulating its gravitational pull.

It has an attraction to anything shiny, not just valuables.

In a constant state of collapsing, it must maintain its mass by “eating.”

It will consume anything, thought claims some things “taste” better, or are “better” for it, and will pursue accordingly.

The more it eats, the more it grows, theoretically posing a great threat.

The inverse is also true: if it does not it, it shrinks, until, theoretically, it dies.

Also it talks like the REPO tts bot

But seriously, I did consider a few other wiggly animals for Plas but it really couldn't be anything other than an eel for me. I love that it's both accurate to his power and representative of his original slimy criminal personality

Out of various eel species, moray are often used for undersea villains in cartoons. I thought viper moray and giant moray are a bit too big and 'tough' for Plas, who even as a criminal is generally portrayed as slippery and silly. However ribbon eels are a species of moray, and much more slender and flashy which fit him well
