Slyrs Whisky Oloroso Cask
Slyrs is not just a whisky – it represents the bold idea of distilling a single malt whisky in Bavaria, inspired by the Scottish tradition. The name "Slyrs" was not chosen at random: it is the old Bavarian name for Schliersee, the home of the distillery.
The whisky is first matured in new American white oak barrels and then finished in former Oloroso sherry casks.
Its taste is full-bodied and complex, with a long, smooth finish. At 46% ABV, it is best enjoyed neat or slightly chilled to highlight the sherry notes.

Green Spot Whiskey
Green Spot is an Irish single pot still whiskey produced at the traditional Midleton Distillery in County Cork. Its roots date back to the 19th century, when Dublin wine merchant Mitchell & Son began storing and marketing whiskey in their own casks. The name "Green Spot" comes from a colour-coded system used to mark the casks according to their degree of maturity.
This whiskey is made from a mixture of malted and unmalted barley and is triple-distilled, which gives it a particularly smooth and aromatic character. It is aged for several years in former refill bourbon barrels and first-fill bourbon barrels, resulting in a balanced interplay of fruity, sweet, and slightly spicy notes.

Our Whisky of the Month for August: Ardnamurchan Highland Single Malt
In August, we present a special drop: the Ardnamurchan Highland Single Malt Whisky – an impressive example of the new generation of Scottish whiskies that combines modern distilling techniques with deep-rooted tradition.
The Ardnamurchan Distillery is located in seclusion on the peninsula of the same name, on the west coast of Scotland – one of the wildest and most unspoilt regions of the Highlands. In this unique environment, a whisky is created that impresses not only with its origin but also with its craftsmanship.
Ardnamurchan Single Malt is a classic Highland whisky with a subtle maritime influence. The use of both unpeated and peated malt creates a wonderfully balanced flavor profile: sweet and fruity, with a subtle smokiness and a mineral touch reminiscent of the rugged coastal landscape. Maturation in a combination of 65% bourbon and 35% sherry casks adds further depth.
