Yeah, right. Mermaids don't fucking exist. Yeah- the Greek gods are real, but there's no way this budget aquarium has a real mermaid.

But when you get to this.. frankly very small tank; maybe only 2 feet of movement in any direction.. a small mermaid is staring back at you.

They look small, sad, dejected.

There's a man- the... owner (?) of the aquarium in front of the tank. The mermaid just.. stares at him.

He leaves to go do something and the mermaid swims to the corner of their tank.

"Can anyone hear me? Help- help please-" They beg, nobody seems to hear.
