In the manga, the only times Tenten is shown blushing is when she's beside Neji. She blushed at him directly during the second stage of the chunin exams.

In the manga, the only time Tenten dressed in a different outfit to her usual attire and wore makeup was to cheer for Neji during his match in the final part of the Chūnin Exams.

Even before Neji changed his fatalistic mindset as a result of Naruto's words, Neji was shown to get along with Tenten.

So, I was reading about Cross Ange in some korean site that is like wikipedia or something?! Anyway, when I reached to Hilda's character page, a very interesting information had gotten my attention

Do you remember this kiss scene between Ange and Hilda?

I know a lot of people were confused because of it and some believed that Ange kissed Hilda out of pity just to relieve her or it was friendship feelings nothing more than that while others insisted that it was love and mutual feelings to Hilda's, and nobody has the vaild proof to each claim, but the site mentioned something interesting, it said that In "Cross Ange: Rondo of Angels and Dragons Character & Voice Book" there is an interview with Nana Mizuki(Ange's VA) where she talked about that scene and confirmed it was love and romantic feelings not friendship as the director himself told her. So I searched for the source and unfortunately I couldn't find a proper scanning of the book anywhere, but I stumbled into a video on Bilibili where it shows brief and some pages of the book and guess what? Fortunately one of the pages was where Nana talked about Hilda's confession:
