~hello so i had my pre-assessment consultation a few days ago and i might (?) have ADHD. so this is really just a safe space for me to feel better about everything that’s going on in my life.~

~also i didn’t know depression and anxiety comorbid with ADHD so if this feels really specific it’s because it comes from my heart…and my head~

• when you’re feeling overwhelmed and need assurance, Thoma would be there holding your head and telling you everything is alright and you’re doing a great job

• Thoma who tells you that he’ll keep you safe in his arms no matter how chaotic your mind or surroundings are

• if you start feeling uncomfortable you just need to give the slightest tug on Thoma’s sleeve, he will take you anywhere you want to go

• have assignments and homework piling up? Thoma already made a study schedule so you don’t procrastinate but also don’t overwhelm yourself

• Thoma making sure you are well fed and hydrated. man literally sets an alarm to make sure your dehydrated ass drinks that healthy 8 cups of water everyday. and the food he makes??? so freaking good

• notices your fidgeting and will offer you his hand so you don’t hurt yourself. soft…soft warm Thoma hands 🥺👉🏼👈🏼

• Thoma waking you up as gently as possible and makes sure you start off your day right with cuddles and kisses.

• Thoma making sure you sleep on time and get that good 8 hours of sleep every night. especially if you have trouble sleeping he will be by your side until you finally drift into dreamland

•dancing (by mellow fellow)- you’re your comfort characters childhood friend. they want to dance with you and tell you how they feel
